This was perfect!! I love your added rhythmic sounds( ba-da-da-da-DAT-da-da)- it reminds me of being in lyrical and modern dance classes and always makes the challenging poses more fun. You are a wonderful instructor!

4 classes a week for 6 months as a beginner than start doing intermediate classes 2x week + beginner 2x week. More importantly, do what feels right. You want to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone but dont overdo it x
