Idk about nightmares, but I've had really weird dreams
One of my weirdest dreams was that my little cousin was suddenly a sassy black teenager who wouldn't listen to me, no matter how many times I tried to convince her not to marry and run off with Voldemort.

one of my nightnares was that i woke up, then knew it was a dream due to the weirdness of the atmosphere. then i tried to wake myself up from that dream by sleeping and forcing my eyes to open, and it worked. the place seemed different until i also realized that it was a dream. i tried to wake up again but them i kept on "waking up" to a dream until i finally shot out of my bed, scared. i even thought it would still be a dream but everything seemed normal. i thought id never wake up again
That sounds like a sleep paralysis to me.
I think that's a sleep paraliys cause i have that nightmare and i ask my mom what does it called and she said it's a sleep paraliys i'm not sure tho

yOOOO SAME! THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE HAVING THAT KIND OF NIGHTMARE. Literally same as you,thinking I was awake from a nightmare but I wasn't. Try to wake up my brother but I can't move my body,my toes. Only turn my head to the side. Hearing strange noises but STILL at my own bed. I tried to wake up several times until I got up from the bed,shaking and trembling. And I started crying because that shit is scary af.

I remember when I was 3 years old, I had a wierd nightmare.
My friend's little sister came out of a door screaming, and then a... winnie the pooh came out? But it was a circle. And it was also big.
Before it ate me, I woke up.
Also I had a short nightmare when I was playing with a unicorn, then we saw a hole and I fell down the hole. Even if it was just a nightmare, I felt like I'm going to die. But then the unicorn caught me. And I woke up.
My nightmares were really wierd.
I had this chase kind of nightmare where there was like a huge group of butterflies that entered my school and were eating everything that came across them. They ate teachers and students. I tried to save my best friend but couldn't, I saw her disappear. I ran until I got home. The butterflies had multiplied and I was absolutely terrified. I looked for my mom and found her sleeping in the living room, I hugged her and cried trying to wake her up but she wouldn't move. Then I felt like the ground was moving then I woke up :P
I was like 6. I don't fear butterflies or anything tho. It was just a really weird experience.
One of the scariest nightmares I have had was from a movie.(Dont be afraid of the dark.) look it up. It’s terrifying! When I was a kid I watched the movie. I was like 4-5. Anyway, I’m the movie, the little monsters go into the little girls room and start calling her name and one even crawled up her blanket. Anyway, in my dream the same think happened to me!! And it’s one of those dreams where you can’t wake up even if you were pinching yourself! I remember at the beginning of the dream my mom was carrying me into my bedroom and I saw one run across the hallway. I was shocked and tried to warn my mom but no words came out of my mouth. She put me in my bed and said goodnight then left and CLOSED the door behind her. I was
Horrified. I started to hear my name being called. “Quinn!”
And I couldn’t move. Then I felt something crawling in my blanket. I looked under my blanket and one was smiling at me and said “QUINN” then I don’t remember anything after that but that movie still haunts my nightmares.
It’s called “Don’t be afraid of the Dark.” Look at the first one. Not the second one. Because they remade it. I’m glad I can finally tell people it.

Lmao I had a dream where: Saw, IT, Freddy Kreuger, Jason Voorhis, and Texas Chainsaw. Were all hunting me down to kill me but it was weird that all of them were different. But in the end, I was running through the woods from all of them but they were all killing each other at the same time. Leaving only one to kill me, I fell and hit my head on a rock passing out, the next moment I was in this hospital where the doctors were dressed in all white. While walking to I think the cafeteria. I saw a room where patients were being hanged but their heads and feet were missing. When I saw I yelled, and try to escape but there was no way out until I saw a big tall man chasing me (apparently was Michael Myers). As he got closer to me with the knife he had in his hand, I then woke up sweating crazy, and having a sharp pain in my chest. It felt like it was freaking real!

Nightmares? My worst one? Being in the middle of my old church with my atheist side of the family discussing a kind of alien or demon that would take the place of someone and the only way you could tell were their eyes.
Cut to a bathroom scene (no, not that kind) me and 3 other kids from my school (as I was a freshmen when this happened) were in front of the mirror, and we had no pupils. The part normally colored was all orange and pink, and faded in to white in the middle. They glowed with the lights off and I have NO clue what it meant..
My worst nightmare is that i was in a white room and when i came near to the window i see a lot of blood and one circular saw with blood and a mask. I go to the window and look at the outside and i see a bunch of bodys down there and i noticed it was my whole family and my freinds and when i look at my body i was bloody and i saw some police coming to the room and i jump down there and i see a knife and i did is i stab myself cause i regret at that time and than i suddenly woke up and than i go to sleep again and my other nightmare comes and i was in a car peacefully driving what happen next is i see a trucks coming my way so i turn to the other way but than there were another trucks so i just didn't move and than suddenly i woke up again and i didn't go to sleep and just wait until it's 6:00am i was super scared so i just cried and cried in my room. But i see a lot of armys when i look at the whole comment section.

i had a weird ass dream of falling. so when my body touched the ground, i immediately woke up and my whole entire body hurts. i went back to sleep cause why not then i had another dream of a dog biting me near my shoulder. i woke up feeling pain right at the exact area where the dog has bitten me in my dreams.
Drowning is my worst nightmare because I almost died when I was just a kid. Had a hard time overcoming my fear.

Just imagining water filling up in your lungs and slowly losing oxygen is enough to make me a strict land mammal

I have a pink, stocking stuffer taser from my favorite cousin and I’m not afraid to use it

I was half asleep one day, my room was dark bc I live up in the attic and I looked at my large, comfy chair. I had recently turned it backwards and now I keep imagining there’s some demon sitting in that chair like fuck
Naked in Public
Haha I’d just find the quickest way to die at that point oh my god

Life is too short to give birth to a small individual and foster it until I can legally kick them out

I’m just scared that it happens at a random time like me taking a shit at Applebee’s or somethin’
One of my weirdest dream is a giant lizard eating my cousin then chasing me, also had one about all my teeth falling out
I once had a dream of being injected by a syringe by a purple patrick. He has a weird crooked jaw, smiling, and he said to me "it won't hurt" and he injected me in the neck. After that he said that my skin has come undone, so he brought a needle and a thread and sew me. I remember being really terrified and can feel the pain (which is weird cuz i have never been sewn before) and tried to wake up but i can't. At some point, i woke up, and i almost can see that Purple Patrick beside me. Thankfully, it's just a dream 🤣🤣🤣
