Tried it twice now, used evaporated milk as cream is heavy and does not agree with some stomachs in our house. This is now a family favourite! Thanks Marion.
Loving all the miso recipes! I have a huge 1kg bag in thre fridge and (though I do use it in EVERYTHING) it is taking forever to get through! Keep the miso recipes coming!!!
Just made this but swapped out breast for thighs, the family loved it. Simple, easy and an absolute winner, thank you Marion. I'll certainly be making this again
skin on/skin off won't make a difference to the overall dish, just make it according to the recipe. you'll still develop a fond without the skin. You can also add a touch of chicken stock cube/paste if you find that you're not developing enough fond before adding the cream if you'd like
Once seasoned most carbon steel pans can handle a little acidity. You'll take a tiny bit of the seasoning off but unless you are simmering sauce everyday you'll be fine.
It's not. I promise, if you stew tomatoes for much more than a few minutes you'll be surprised at how easily the seasoning wipes right off. Check out cook culture or Uncle Scott's kitchen under their cleaning carbon steel videos. They literally use tomatoes to strip the pan quickly. It will also flavor your food in a way that is undesirable.
Absolutely love your recipes but why is there constantly music playing on your videos? It's kinda distracting and I'm surprised it's always playing. Most cooking videos don't have the constant backdrop of music. But, other than that, love your videos but I mute a lot and read the captions. Each to their own, though.....
Yes! I was watching the wooden cutting board, the rolling pin vice a mallet with something covering the chicken, then the plate on top of the cutting board, and fingers touching everything. It was a little much for me who washes at every step.
Seems like that 'Marry me chicken" dish that all those influencers love, but with miso instead of parmesan. We should call it Marion me chicken ❤
lol that’s pretty good - I’ll go with that 😂

Made this dish on the weekend. Fantastic, loved it. Another great meal. Thanks.

Literally just made this for my family- they absolutely loved it! 😍
Just made this for my daughter & I. It was so delicious!! Thank youuuuu 😍
Made this tonight.... with a few minor changes. I am definitely a thigh girl! What a winner! I will make this again .. and again... Thanks!
Hi, I cooked it yesterday, and everyone loved it. From Holland I want to thank you very much. 🎉❤
This looks great! What would you serve this with?
Can't believe I'm witnessing Marion prefer chicken breast in her recipe lol
They are skin on though so not quite as surprising haha. Looks so good
It was easy to make, thank u for easy quick and delicious recipes!!! Greetings from Mongolia!
I made this and it was delicious. Next time I will add double or triple the miso. This was so good.
Oooh boy, that looks delicious. Thanks Marion.
Used the basis for the sauce but with pasta and diced chicken breast rather than whole. Absolutely banging!
Still watching the intro ads and the video hasn’t started yet but I bet my house there will be a legs and thighs comment from Marion.
Cook the recipe today with some mushroom and Pak Choy in! Taste amazing! Will definitely cook them more! 🥰🍒
❤❤❤❤ added a little tomato paste def added depth
Serving suggestions to make it a family dinner? Any ideas for sides that would complement the flavours?
would be good with a little garlic and gochujang added too =)
Another genius yet simple creation out of miso!
OMG you look and sound Amazing Marion.❤😊And the soup looks delicious too.
I know you added those resting juices even tho I didn’t see it 😋
I love seeing your recipes, but haven't found your Cookbook in Norwegian yet,
You literally taught me how to cook
I’m very fond of this dish lol
Can i also use the ready-made tomato sauce or bolognese sauce from the jar to be quicker?
Wow Marion 😊 and as always, say hello to mamma Noi for me
I don’t know if I can get boneless skin on chicken breast. Can I use standard boneless skinless chicken breast
Oh yum! 😊
Its actually really hard to buy skin on chicken breast where i live and i hate thigh, is there a method i can do with skin off c/ b. Thanks

Yes, Marion. I love miso too. I also made some miso chicken dumpling. Check it out :)
Pro cooks make using miso look so easy.
It is easy?
@@antistaticandi it never dissolves for me.
Try using a whisk! It helps a lot
Yum looks very tasty ! (à-ròi mâak อร่อยมาก)
Awesome recipe mam, please show torimeshi recipe japanese, please 🥺 please please please
Omg Jesus take the wheel. That looks amazing. Thank you for sharing. A must must try dish!
Aap bahut achhchha banati ho nice❤
Love this recipe but my wife won’t eat tomatoes. Any suggestions for an alternative to base the sauce on?
whats the benefit of using chucken breast rather than thigh? if thigh is more juicy
It's considered healthier.
And it has more protein as well, so you get more bang for buck, although it is not as tasty as thighs.
@@luminatrixfanfictionI always get chimken boobies and they taste delish.
Maybe people aren’t cooking them right.
What would be the dairy-free alternative?
Try coconut milk
❤❤❤
First
Whyd you leave the tops of tomato on so frustrating to watch lol
I thought it was not recommended to cook with acidic foods eg tomato, in the mako pan!?

why you leaving the tops on two of the tomatoes 💀💀💀

Im a big fan of Marion, but the cross contamination in this video is 🫣
everything simmered together in the sauce at the end so the food is safe to eat
