    I grow up with my grandma all my life and when she got old and had dementia, I took care of her, she couldn't talk or remember me. It was very sad, but I never struggled because of not " recognizing her" . To me she was the same, because I saw her soul and her soul and love didn't change.
    I don't identify with that struggle this woman is talking about.

    I have my goals she has her goals.. we don't have a lot of time to stress a lot about how she doesn't like stuff i do or she does ...

    There is many studies proving that most kids born from parents who were at least 30, are psychologically healthier than kids from younger parents.
    I find it a very unwise approach to say that you should hurry to have kids just because of your parents death.
    If you wait a little bit , and grow psychologically chances are the you can grow as a person and find a better partner for you. Also you had time to fulfill your own dreams, and to have life experience.
    If parents have unfulfilled dreams, and they settled with somebody they don't truly love, that will end up in inner FRUSTRATION.
    Frustrated parents will be more likely to bit up their kids and to want their kids to fulfill the dreams that they couldn't do, and that is not good for the kids.
    Almost all parents I have seen 30+ are better than the younger ones.
    Having kids thinking about your parents death is dumb.
    This women is a psychologist? My goodness...

    I just want to say that even if your parents had you very young, your parents can also die while you are still very young, as it happened to my cousins for example.
    I would say marry when you are ready and when you find the right person, don't choose your life based on your predictions about your parents death because it's not something you can fully control.

    • @noel56879
      @noel56879 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Exactly! To settle with anyone just because you want to hurry thinking about your parents death, is the stupidest advice I have ever heard.
      People should be thinking about if they are ready to provide happiness for THE KIDS, not about when will their parents die.

    • @Agape122
      @Agape122 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@thezoldics7648 listen I married young, and my mother died at 53.
      I choose my husband because of love, not because of my parents death.
      If I would have done that, my plan would have failed.
      You never know when somebody is gonna die and you shouldn't plan your life around death, thats all I am saying.
      I am happy in my marriage but I know MANY indians who were pushed to marry in their early 20s, and are divorced by the time they are 30, because they married just because people told them its time not because they truly were sure about that person.
      Any real psicologist would tell you, you cannot plan life in that robotic way. Its more important to find the right person and to be ready for marriage than to just do it because of your birthday.
      Because if you just rush it because of your birthday most times you are gonna end up divorced.
      Also by the way, I lost my sister at 19.
      You truly never know how life is gonna go and I would advice you take your decisions based on something deeper than birthdays.
      I am sorry to say that but this psychologist is giving aunty advice, with zero wisdom.
      What she says is the reason why all my indian friends in their 30s are divorced.
      If you happen to find the love of your life early , then cool get married. I met my husband at 17, just because in my particular case, it happened like that.
      Some people meet their love later on, and that should he respected too and to push them to just marry anyone because its time, its a huge mistake.
      We are not like animals, love can be complicated. Its not like if you have a dog and you can plan to buy a female or male dog for your dog to reproduce by next week.
      Human beings are more complex.
