I have multiple spine conditions. I have no knee nerve reflection, slight sensations in my left leg to my big toe is this serious nerve damage could cure it
I have scoliosis. 60 percent curvature. S shape spine. Wore a back brace at a young age. Not much issue my whole life. Now I have a herniated disc in lower back. Very little pain at this point. Can I follow the same routines you give to those with normal spines who have a buldging disc? Can i still avoid surgery?
You never mentioned anything about spondylolisthesis is this treatable in your program, that’s one of my problems according to an MRI . The surgeon said this is causing my stenosis and I would need a fusion to correct this.
Yep I've had a lot of people with spondy's go through the program with great results. I'd need a lot more background info but I'm happy to speak with you to see if I can help!
Is it the body or the brain? Isn't the brain a part of a body? Pain is just a signal of a malfunctioning system. As you said, it's multifactorial. So, a holistic analysis of a life in general is needed.
