Thaks to everyine who has extended best wishes to my Mom (and myself). We were particularly thrilled to receive several emails from people who have had a loved one affected by a stroke and who have made remarkable recoveries. If you have any stroke recovery stories that you would like to share, please email them to info[at]dronebotworkshop[dot]com. My mother finds these very inspirational. Thank you!
I wish you and your Mum the best of luck as you both recover. Thanks again for all of your helpful videos. I frequently refer to them when working on my projects.
So sorry to hear about the challenges you are facing. Will pray for God's mercy and that He will help you through these difficulties. Thank you for your wonderful work.
I hope and pray you and your Mum gets well soon. My oldest brother has had two strokes and he's 71 in October. Don't worry about your pronunciation Bill, we watch the videos for the great information you give all of us. We learn a lot from you, you're a great teacher.
im sorry to for you and your mum having to go through all that. i suffered a brain injury in a car accident 9 years ago and my experience has been that cognitively most of everything you lose can come back, but that nothing that you lose will come without you putting in the work. the one big exception for me has been some vision issues and migraines associated with that. anyways my thoughts and prayers are with you and ur mom :)
What a great mom forcing you back! Glad to see you back. I hope everything goes well. Those occupation therapists/physical therapists can really work wonders. As long as the patient is optimistic ( granted that is not always easy) the results are typically surprising in my experience.
You are a hero of mine for sure and this only solidifies it. My very best to your mother and I can tell she loves you immensely. I wish you both an excellent recovery. Thank you for sharing.
So good to see you in front of the tools again Bill - pronounce any word any way you like mate, we'll be here listening! God bless you and your Mum and best hopes for a full and speedy recovery. Cheers mate and thanks.
Can't wait for the new content. Prayers for you and your fam. Wishing you and your mom a good recovery. Life is short enjoy fun times The hardships and struggles of life make us better people.
I'm sorry to hear that. I wish you and your mother all the best. We always look forward to and appreciate your videos, but nothing should come before loved ones and health. Take your time and get well.
Take care of yourself and your family first. I too have many family responsibilities. Those always come first. I look forward to whatever and whenever you have something to share.
Best wishes DroneBot. Your mother is right: keep making videos (keep your mind alive). I refer all new Arduino people to you. I spent months of living with my mother and preparing her home after a major event in her life a decade ago. Worth every minute.
Thank you very much for being there, either making videos or not. Your work has been a true inspiration through the years. I lived through my grandma' stroke, and fortunately she recovered slowly but steadily. I sincerely hope you and your Mum's health improve very soon. Best wishes from Spain :)
Thank you for the heads up. Wishing you and your family all the best and health and looking forward to your videos but also take all the time you need. We can wait :)

No need to apologize. Family comes first. I’m sending some Aloha wishes from Hawaii. Wishing your mom and yourself a speedy recovery. All the best! Mahalo
I wish the best for you and your mother. And remember, it could always be worse; for example, your next planned video could have been on the Raspberry Pi Pico instead of just a Raspberry Pi 😂 Looking forward to your next video 👍
You are a real soldier and your mom is an angel! I wish quick recovery for both of you... BTW... your pronuniation difference is mostly noticeable to you only... I did not catch it. Thank you for the video.
Thank you. Yes, I am probably more sensitive to it, as I'm aware when I struggle to say words that I could always pronounce. It is amusing, as I do speech therapy lessons with my Mom, and I feel that I could use some therapy myself!
Wishing you and your family all the best and I hope for a good and quick recovery of you all. I know it's not much, but I hope I can support you and your family with the small donation. Greetings and lots of love from Germany❤
I hope your mum continues to improve. Take it steady - your voice is still very clear even with the very, very slight lisp - TH-cam would not be the same without you. It's great to see you back in your famous Workshop!
Im so sorry to hear about you mum, thank you for taking the time to share that with us. You are such a beautiful person & I bet mum is so proud of you. Thank you mum for raising a genuine caring son. With all that has been going on with my Mom, I haven't had much time to think about my teeth. But I'm sure they will be at the forefront of my thoughts when I get the two root canals! 😬
I'm so sorry to hear about your accident and about your mother's stroke. I hope both of you have a quick and full recovery. I appreciate all that you put into sharing your knowledge. Taking care of yourself and your mother is always the most important.
It is always pleasure to listen to you, because you are honest und open. Thanks for your work and explanation. I wish your mum and you a fast recovery.
Lovely to hear your mom is progressing well - modern post-stroke therapy is amazing, our nervous system stays plastic our entire lives (we now know). Your voice is as comforting as ever.💌
Oh so sorry to hear that. I hope she makes a quick recovery! Let her know we appreciate your videos! And your recovery as well! OH GOD dental work, I had a tooth break this week and they had to work on it to make a crown, they numbed me up 6 ways to Sunday and they still hit an active nerve that made me jump, and accidently the dentists drilled into my tongue... grrr... I'm Still feeling that days later, and I'm not blaming anyone for the incident. Rassssppppberry Ptttthy... LOL That's kind of funny, of course, I'm not making fun, but it makes the video interesting to lisssssten, err, listen to... I can't wait to hear about it... I'll tuning in for that one FER sure!
My grandmother also had a stroke because of her diabetes. Half of her body was paralysed. Initially, she was completely dependent on someone for every little task. However slowly she started recovering. It took 2/3 years, now she is again able to walk by herself and eat whatever she likes. So, just be a little patient and things will turn well! I wish you a fast and healthy recovery
All the best for your mother (she can really be proud of a son like you!) and yourself. I hope your mum makes a good recovery, and that they'll be able to fix your teeth without too much pain. Know that even in this condition you still articulate more clearly than some others with a full set of teeth 😁. Hang in there!
@@Dronebotworkshop you'll be fine. We just have to be careful not to order the Efpreffif EFP Firfyfoo board if we want to build your projects ourselves 😉
