They didn't have that hidden winch mount when I did mine. I had to make my own hidden winch mount for both the front hidden winch and the rear hidden winch. My truck is a 95 k1500 stepside silverado btw.
Awesome! I just got a Badlands Apex winch and am looking for a mount for my 1995 Tahoe. How do you access the release lever? Doesn’t look like there’s much room to get to the lever?
I want to install one on my 97 k1500 with 4in rc left, but their website says that it doesn't work on models with any lift yet their product pictures shows a truck with a lift. Im so confused.
I ran the power wires along the frame zip tied away from moving parts and connected them directly to the battery, but you can also connect a cutoff switch before the battery for safety
