17-year-old Kelechi from Lagos has microcephaly, a condition that causes babies to be born with a smaller brain and head than average, which can lead to learning difficulties. But Kelechi hasn't let that stop her, and she loves playing basketball and dancing. We've been hanging out with her to find out more.
