The Vulture could have easily been Evil Iron Man if he had more imagination. I mean, in one story, while in prison, he took the basic electrical things and modifiable things in prison to build an evil genius version of a shiv/hooch... he made an antigravity belt with Icarus type wings that let his zero-G butt just use pretty much costume wings to simply fly away. I kind of feel bad for the rest of the prisoners who can't get access to coffee makers, hot plates, clothes hangers, radios, etc... because some evil genius somehow made them into borderline magical items when torn apart and modified.
Since Disney and Marvel are bringing back X-Men The Animated series (‘97), they should also bring back other 90’s Marvel Animated shows like Iron Man '96, Fantastic Four '96, Spider-Man '98, Ultraforce '95, The Incredible Hulk and She-Hulk '97, Silver Surfer '98, Spider-Man Unlimited 2001 and The Avengers: United They Stand 2000

I initially thought him to be a boring character, but the Spectacular Spiderman (2009) really changed my view on that. He had more screen time in the 90s show, and I didn't think his character was pulled off as well in it either, but it was sufficient upon revisiting it, and the 2009 version left me starving for more.
