Great going Mark. Does it end up cheaper than buying a part already made? I know the point mostly to do parts you can't buy but wonder if like for other things it's cheaper to DIY it.
Thanks Gilles, I'd say it's hit and miss, I think to buy this back when these might have been sold (if they ever were), they would have cost around £100 and this cost maybe £160 to make with the paint shop. The problem is though that so many of these things are totally unique, I'd imagine to buy a carbon one today would be around £150?? I've had loads of people wanting them but to make it affordable I'd get about 50p an hour for labour :D
