Quitting my bulls***, retail banking job was number 1. Now I'm back into STEM, pursuing a highly specialized form of engineering that pays 10X what I made in banking. Get your money right. The rest snowballs after that. Train hard, eat right, save/invest your money. Don't make women a priority. Don't sleep with everything that moves. Spend time with quality women. All of those things will make you successful in life & feel better about yourself. However, it doesn't guarantee that you get attractive women to date unless you're very good looking, tall or a very wealthy man. Though I have a decent income, own a home, have a nice ride & have a muscular, aesthetic physique (I bodybuild & do karate) I'm a stinkin "manlet" (5-5) and only average looking. Short of plastic surgery & leg lengthening procedures, I can't land a GF & get rejected all the time with an occasional friend zone offer. Women these days are so fixated on looks & height - that's why the "Chads" of the world get all the women and a guy like me becomes a beta orbiter! 😕

You can't "share" a life until you "have" a life.
Modern society has a huge image/ego manipulation problem. Men are complaining that women have "image" standards that they don't meet, and that justifies and entitles men to sink to "beta" level and cry in their beer over "the one who done me wrong". That's not "manly"- that's infantile coward.
What standards are men putting on women? The "women" that "beta" males are trying to "hook-up" with- to "relieve themselves on" and validate their child/man existence- are "mentally screwed up hookers" not women; and then the infantilized man complains when the "woman" (that was supposed to meet his cardboard-cutout-mommy/whore needs) treats him like a "john" and rolls him over for an "alpha"- who is, in fact, just the next "beta" on the "hooker's" assignment book.
It's not about the looks; unless that is the sandbox you are trying to score in (and that's a small box).Tom Cruise "looks" good on film and is a total loser- and he's short as hell. He's a TRULY ugly human being. How about Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy? Described as "attractive". What a great judgement plan that was for their victims!
Until people (male and female) unplug from the social-engineering "idiot box" that is screwing with their perceptions- and do their own thinking and feeling without advertisers "telling and selling" them on what you "should" have (because until you buy XYZ piece of garbage product or idea because you suck as a human being until you do)- they will NEVER find "the one" that is suffering to find them, too.
Being 'Alpha" isn't about what you look like, it's about how you "walk your talk""; how you "show up to the party".
Even the shortest, ugliest man is a golden giant if he has the courage to face the real world head on. Brains and scars can be attractive if you have the right mindset.
      Stupid is ugly.
Nobody is going to accept "you" for YOU until you are capable of accepting "them" for THEM. But you have be able to look into the mirror and accept yourself, FIRST. Missing limbs and all.
Brene Brown, Sam Vaknin, Richard Grannon, After Skool, and Academy of Ideas are great resources for figuring out what has happened to men and women and getting our heads right. But you've gotta have the guts to look at what YOU (and ALL of us) have contributed to this Grand Cluster Fu$% that is modern society. We've been sold "a pig in a poke".
Which wolf are you going to feed.

@@nomad6086 I feel for you man. That shit must be tough. But don't fall into "small man syndrome" where you try and overcompensate for your lack of height/looks with things you buy/do. Women feel it when you lack self-confidence. I feel it myself when men are overcompensating. It feels pathetic.
So please. The short men that I have seen that are the best with women are stupidly, probably undeservingly confident. When a man feels that he is enough, and can somehow convince the woman that he is... Then they have no choice but to fall into your frame, and sleep with you. It's just that for short and not stereotypically handsome men they compare themselves to others and present themselves with chinks in their armor. You ruin your chances at winning the battle before you even step foot on the field.
And you don't ever have to become a beta orbiter, you can choose to not ever engage with women if you want to. You may not ever win, but you will never really lose. You can refrain from looking a fool until you fix your confidence issues, then you can go for the challenge of women with a healthy outlook and being result independent.

Hang out with alphas in a club or bar and you will see that women actually chase them and put themselves in position to be approached and have it written all over their faces. Betas and simps approach women cold. Make them do the work. Women decide who they will have them - but it’s up to you to decide if they’re worth it. Don’t give the time of day to a woman who doesn’t notice you. If you’re not getting noticed - figure out why you’re not getting noticed and decide to do it or don’t. If you don’t, you won’t get noticed and you’ll always be the simp that buys a girl a drink who never wanted you to in the first place.

I’ll help you. Will Turner wants to justify losing. The key to winning is tricking a woman (the ultimate deceivers in life) into thinking that you pursued them. By hanging back, you let the woman show her hand first. When she shows her hand, then you approach. If she never does, she more than likely didn’t ever notice you. I’ve had success both ways - the more reliable way is hanging back. If you approach cold you better be 1) witty 2) have game 3) have money = all things she wants. If you have to get her that way….it’s likely not worth your while long term. Let her figure you out before putting yourself on the chopping block. Let the simps do tricks for her attention.

Despite the "Alpha" manlyless these men turn into establishment types that depend on the establishment to exist rather than their success. Best you can do is advocate for the right path which is creating a vision and pressing play every day on 1 or 2 main objectives how to get there. That's always the right answer. As much as we can find ways to do that and help support others doing that then that'd what it looks like to help everyone right now

Why do you care what a woman thinks? What makes her so special? It all goes back to the man. Most men, have no idea what they want and have no plan for their own life then get upset when a bish won't cooperate. How can you blame her? How would you move if you were literally banging 100 different woman consistently? If one woman gives you resistance you wouldn't care and act like a bish. Even if your not with 100 woman, this is how you should move even with just one. My .02 cents

But once you learn what to do, it has to come naturally, you have to let your nature out. DO NOT FAKE IT. Don’t fake being alpha it doesn’t work and you look super insecure. Do things that make you naturally act more alpha, like working out standing up teller and being more disciplined etc.

Thing is with this channel and many like it, is that if one stands yards back and looks at the entire picture rather than the fine detail (fine detail is great as it will provide positive answers to personal questions), it is all correct. The broader picture is simply, this is Darwinism in action - for men and women. As I’ve told others elsewhere, woman’s problems isn’t through instagram, though it drives their narcissistic issues faster, it is genetics. We are where we are as a species because of selection. Women will, by and large, breed with the stronger male and live with the stable male (prob not Chad, but the beta with money). This may not be their ‘fault’ as this is their genetic disposition, but cooper here will show you how to control yourself within the gene pool game. All the best guys

This isn't a quick fix in any way, understand that your lifestyle must change and with these changes in time you will see a change in you. STOP kidding yourself with mediocre attempts at making the change... for years I've lied to myself about the level of commitment required to make true and lasting changes. The hardest addiction to quit has been shit food, I've lost 25lbs over the last year by working out and eating better, not all good food just eating better and not hitting the drive-through. Okay, so admittedly I've not read Richard's book yet. I will this month; just need to get some deadlines out of the way first. I just have to ask some questions that honestly takes courage (because I know I am opening myself up to disparaging comments)... what are the incentives of living life as an "unplugged alpha"? Because from what I am seeing, it's life lived on the defensive, always looking over your shoulders, in constant damage-control mode. There is nothing relaxed about it. Genuine connections are virtually impossible. It's all about projecting an image.
Yet to me, the end-game of an alpha (at least in the way it occurs in the wild) is to be the head of a FAMILY; a patriarchal order. Would not the rearing of a family (in the human context) necessarily entail plugging in to what we call "blue pill" thinking to foster intimacy and with it, to keep the peace at home and incentivize the pain and enormous challenge of rearing children?
I get it: To men, respect is more important than love. Love takes a back-seat (and in fact, a woman we'd otherwise love just smothering us with excess love makes us run for the hills to take some space), and even sexual attention from a woman falls under the umbrella of respect; ergo, "if she doesn't respect you, she won't have sex with you." Yet I can't help ask myself: Do you have to be "alpha" to be respected? Why can't one be "blue-pilled" - into the nuclear family, into marriage, into genuine intimacy with a woman without having to be on the defensive "cause hypergamy" - and still maintain healthy boundaries and healthy consequences for them if they are overstepped? Why rigidify ourselves into "alpha mode" 24/7 to mitigate damage to our egos and our self-concept, when we can choose to self-calibrate based on external contexts: stern when we need to be, soft when we need to be, et al.?
