Take a look at what goes down inside an MI Muscle Camp.
In Dec 2023, we brought together 21 of the most influential figures within our Muscle Intelligence community for seven days to San Jose, Costa Rica.
We accessed the Warrior in the weight room, and our Monk in the jungles of Uvita. The retreat was such a success that, before the week was over, we already began planning for 2024.
