    I started strength training with the Charles Atlas Dynamic Tension program and I believe that helped me in the long run. His program teaches you how to contract and connect with the target muscle instead of moving weights through space. The example that you gave about tensing the biceps and triceps was an example of one of his exercises. I think this approach would make a great foundation for young strength and physique trainers.

    The leg press and leg extensions are the most underrated exercises for building legs. If done properly, they can add serious mass on your legs irrespective of genetics.

My question is, do you provide a basic beginner program who takes all this into account what you said in this podcast? I´m not a bodyuilder just an average dude but I want to build some muscle, especially in my legs, naturally without trt and ped. Where and how should I start from scratch?     I always wonder why there's so much debate over how good or bad leg press is, yet I see the so called experts always do them and perform them. Meanwhile someone like Tom Platz call them a waste of time.

    Hi Ben, when you are suggesting "frequency", preferebly 3 times per week, are you suggesting , upper lower 6 days per week? Would you kindly point me in the direction of some more recent vidoes where you go into greater detail on the best way to approach fequency. Thank you sir
