I’ve had the Edifier R1700BT (which I gave to my daughter when I upgraded to), the Edifier R1855DB (which I still have in one room) and now I’m also using the Edifier S1000MkII in another room for everyday listening. My other daughter has the Edifier R2000DB in her house.
I’m not a tech savvy person but I have to say that the build quality of all these speakers and the richness of sound reproduction is up there with the best.

@@moondrop_5019 : Yes. Four different sets of Edifier active speakers in three different houses in my family. And all of them are performing excellently. A couple of years ago I researched lots of different types and brands of passive and active speakers, before I bought any at all. Now I’m very happy with the Edifier brand. They’re versatile insofar as they can be connected to multiple sources all at the same time (including CD player, record turntable, TV, BluRay player, laptop, tablet, phone etc) without messing around with switching cables. Just simply use the remote control to select the signal source and that’s it! And the sound reproduction is excellent.
@@Driver2616 I'm glad you enjoy edifier😊 I own R2850 and R1700bts. Both perform really well, would like to buy S3000pro, maybe next year.

I'm just in the process of building a new big hifi system, in preparation for moving into a new house. In the meantime, I've been using a variety of Bluetooth speakers for my close listening personal use. There's some unbelievable products out there now, but I have e decided on a pair of these for the next few months until the house and big system is finished. Best out of a very connective section of the market imho. Unbelievable sound/tech/+ quality. Nice review.

Try out the s2000 first, the s3000 is twice as much only difference is a little more bass in the s3000's but, sound very similar.
@@theinnersanctum8823 would the S2000MK3 be good for TV sound ? for movies ....room is 12 x 15 ft
The s2000 pumps out plenty of bass. The s3000 would be overkill unless you have a large living room. The s2000 in my spare 10x10ft bedroom is pretty loud. Make sure you have 1-2 feet clearance behind the Edifer speakers or they will sound boomy with lots of bass. I would not call these bookshelf speakers.
@@theinnersanctum8823 my man cave is 12 x 15 ft so you think they would still rock the movies / sports etc. and are the s3000Pro worth 750 more Canadian than the s2000MK3...having a really hard time deciding....thx...cheers

About the same as the Klipsch The Fives (maybe a little better sound but not much). The price is better…
