Thank you, I have a rsv 1000 r 2007 in USA and I finally found a video on how to remove spark plugs. It is expensive to hire a mechanic to fix the aprilia so I'd rather do it myself. Hope you make more videos to share.

All 4 spark plugs should be the same. The exact type I do not know from the top of my head but please refer to the manual that comes with the bike. You can probably also download the user manual from the web.
