    You are right, Searching since last 6 months but they are not scheduling interview due to 90 days np. Everytime HR calls, asked for np and when I reply 90 days np, She directly cuts the call. 😢

    In usa its 2 weeks for TCS, Infosys. Cuz laws in usa are employee friendly. It's just indian Govn don't pressurized indian companies. Cuz corporate is controlling indian Govn.

    Bhai call toh aa rhe hai other MNC se as having 4 yrs in Salesforce experience but all want joining in 30 days only trying to switch first time they are not even scheduling the interview.

    To be frank it doesnt take 90 days to get replacement anywhere , this practice is also being followed for Automation/Manual Testers or SDET position also.

    Company waited for us for 90 days cause company is functioning before we joined and will continue to function after we join but during layoffs company will not give notice period to employee .We should choose what is best for us cause there is only one life

      No trick to reduced the notice period. It’s totally depends on your manager.

    hii i m a immediate joiner served notice period of one month in my previous company not getting that much calls for interview but recently cleared wipro technical n hr both after the salary discussion hr called me nxt day nd said she will send me mail for the documents today by eod for proceeding further it has been 4 days i didn’t received any mail she is not even picking the call what could be the reason can you plz reply ?? how much time company usually takes to realease offer letter

      You might want to wait for 1 -2 weeks for further updates , and mean while keep applying for other companies .

      I have given atleast 10-11 interviews since sept last year as I am immediate joiner only one co. Gave me offer letter immediately but i didnt join as I am married and shift was graveyard US 2 other co.s(well known mnc's) ghosted me even after when I sent documenta to them they never came back..its been 4 months and 2 mnths respectively...actually if they have time they keep searching low salary candidates..and ghost us.
