    You see the forcing to come to office is obviously giving people the thoughts to leave. But guess whats happening the other companies have reduced hiring so altough many are trying to leave the top talent is only getting jobs outside. So the attrition is high in the top talent. Companies have started realising this already and themselves are not sure how to handle this situation.
    PS: Telling this from information got from very senior officials from the top 5 companies.

    Persistent Systems also laying off forcefully. 2000 plus employees are fired in last 2 months
