What happened if you can't take a release within 60 days? What if your manager and HR declined to release you within 60 days? These are merely based on your luck and negotiation skills. There's no clear cut formula or direct approach that can always work. Grow up!!!
I had submitted my resignation, then my home manager told me if we find the replacement we will let u go then the got to know that there is no back fill, when i askes team manager he said go and get the lwd from delivery manager, i asked him then he told i will update to u in 2 days. Then he is asking me to serve 90 days at last. I had medical emergency which is severe anemia and ptsd, during job and my blood drop than before, he is telling me to take leave(i even told u told me the same before but my health is not improving and blood is dropping)and not allowing me to release. Can i talk with hr about my medical release and ask for release on medical grounds. My manager is denying the fact for early release. Can someone suggest wht to do. There are even rejecting my time sheet that u have to come to office . I am not feeling well. I kept all the documents and mails to them, but they wont respond.
There is some element of risk involved either way. First trick usually does but there is a risk . If different candidate happens to be immediate joining then it gets complicated. Today Market has lot of competition
do you agree that for 2 to 3 years experience Java developer solving/fixing bugs (Debugging) is the key in project work. Once you are able to find the error in the code, your 80% job is done.
It highly depends upon project to project debugging is very crucial but along with that we should be good in problem solving so that we can write optimised code as per requirements. To be a good java developer all your programming and testing skills helps you in long run.
I'm currently serving notice period lwd 17th sept in wipro, i have no offer in hand so im telling the hr that i have 1 month of notice period considering the entire process will take time and when I'm about to get offer letter than till that my notice period will end. I want to is know are there any loopholes where i could get stuck? I'm following this approach because i have to prepare for interviews also
mam i join a company and within 7 days i told the hr that there is very toxic environment.i did not want to work bt they give me advice that we will support you but as the days went there is no improvement.After 3 month i decide to resign then hr told me that you have to serve 2 month notice period or 2 month gross salary to get relieve.but i told them i am on probation period and my employment is not yet confirmed then they show me their HR policy that in their probation period there is 2 month notice period and you have to serve it.But i put the resignation mail with 15 days notice and try to get acceptance.but they denied with very bad behaviour.So i abscond the organsiation on that date which i mentioned on resignation letter.can they take me action on me.plz suggest
Seeee iam not a professional absolutely fresher but absconded from a bpo.... If u ask me... Then... In lieu of they can demand but but but they have to show the expenses in... Brief like this this and this for the training.. and also they must.... Not force or send u threats kinda mail or so.. soo be prepared with the evidence with the hr call records and all.. and gather max to max ... Evidence for ... The same so that u can fight with some .. genuine.. reasons

@@kajalgoyal3902Hello Kajal, if in case the company revokes the offer letter after 45 days then what one will do as he has already resigned from current company. In this case the chances of getting jobless are very high as the current company will also not entertain you to take resignation back. Please throw some practical light on this scenario.
Any language u can prefer.But if your are begineer had no idea about both the language thn go with java rest you can do dsa in any of the above programming language.

Send an email. And verbally tell them about the labour law. They will be scared to escalate further and release you.

There will be leave in your account so may be you can request your manager to adjust those leaves against your notice period.

Yes ,offer letter gets revoke it happens in some rare cases depending about company's business and project requirements.
