Really great, but I have a little bit issue, like I have 1.5 years of experience in web design and I also find working student job for this, but I didn't get any lead.
Hi @GurpreetinGermany, glad to learn about opportunities in Germany, i would love to learn about tax slabs and monthly spendings per person and family. As i can see there's higher taxation! Any information about this regard is highly appreciated, thank you 🙏
Thanks to UPA to form the digital vision, start with UPI, Aadhar Digitization, digitization of documents etc. However Germany and European companies are more concerned on the people and ease of life. they still have credit cards isn't it? So doesnt make any difference. No one eve in India would use UPI when they have credit cards. So digitization cannot be only parameter. Germany still has best of best technologies where it concerns, whether defense or pharma or manufacturing or any other fields. Thats what my perception. So if itsn't right, why would people be still staying there to earn ore money than India?
She as a experienced went after 10 years experience obviously she must have joined some big tech company there not service company like our ex tcs infosys...She can't cover the little company like tcs where averages is 5-6lpa.. she must have joined product based company and telling about product based company.. although big tech companies provides best here in india after all..
Please take wise decisions … currently people who are living in Germany…. are more jobless in Germany..even having 2-3 years of experience ..so don’t influence with video

They are misleading young people in India about life and opportunities in Germany, often just to gain views. The reality is that Germany is currently experiencing a recession. It’s challenging to find good part-time jobs.

All because of policies like make in India, start up India, digital India, cheaper data, connected rural areas with high speed Internet promoting and working government projects and services digitally on Internet... Current government has done so many things.

Summarise using Soobati AI direct on youtube free Key Points from "How to Land a High-Paying IT Job in Germany | Top Job Opportunities" This video provides a detailed overview of the IT job market in Germany, specifically focusing on opportunities for Indian IT professionals. Here's a summary of the key points discussed: 1. German IT Job Market Landscape: Digital Lag: Germany is lagging behind in digitalization compared to India, leading to a high demand for IT skills. In-Demand Skills: Standard IT skills (Software Developers, Software Engineers, Java, .NET, UI/UX) are in high demand, but newer technologies like cloud, data science, and cybersecurity are even more sought after. Bottleneck Professions: Germany faces a shortage in both IT and non-IT skills, making it a good market for skilled professionals. 2. Career Paths in German IT: Hierarchical Structure: Career progression in Germany follows a more structured path compared to India. Internship/Trainee Stage: Start with internships or traineeships, leading to junior roles. Analyst to Senior Software Engineer: Progression typically involves analyst, associate, and senior roles. Slower Progression: Promotions are not as frequent as in India, with the maximum level often being Senior Software Engineer. Limited Growth Path: Companies generally don't offer clear pathways to architect or higher-level positions. 3. Salary Expectations for IT Professionals: Minimum Wage: Germany has a minimum wage, ensuring a minimum hourly rate for all employees. Junior Roles: Junior Software Engineers can expect a gross annual salary of 50,000-55,000 Euros, reaching 60,000 Euros for high-demand roles like Data Science. Senior Roles: Senior Software Engineers can earn between 60,000-75,000 Euros gross annually. Architect/C-Level: Architect and managerial roles can command salaries up to 90,000 Euros, with C-level positions reaching over 100,000 Euros. Exceptionally Skilled Professionals: Highly skilled and experienced individuals can earn above 100,000 Euros, even without managerial roles. 4. DEPS and SR Demand: Strong Demand: There is significant demand for DEPS and SR roles in Germany, especially with the rise of startups. Remote Opportunities: Many companies hire for these roles remotely, allowing candidates to search from India. German Language: While German language skills were previously required, the demand for talent is driving a shift towards more flexibility. 5. Work-Life Balance: Stronger Balance: Germany offers a better work-life balance compared to India, with strict work hours and a focus on personal time. 9-Hour Shift: Standard work hours are typically 9 hours, but employees are expected to be productive within an 8-hour window. No After-Hours Work: It's considered rude to contact employees outside of work hours or expect them to respond to emails on weekends. Vacation Days: Employees receive 30 days of paid vacation annually, separate from sick leave. Public Holidays: Germany has 10 public holidays, further enhancing work-life balance. 6. Importance of Certifications and Experience: Cultural Shift: Germany values vocational training and certifications more than academic degrees. Certifications Equivalent to Degree: Relevant IT certifications can be considered equal to a formal IT degree. Experience-Based Visa: Germany has introduced a new visa for IT professionals with 3 years of experience, even without a degree. 7. IT Visa Options: Blue Card: The Blue Card is a work permit visa requiring a degree or 3 years of experience in IT, along with an employment contract. Employment Contract Visa: Individuals with employment contracts from German companies can apply for this visa. Opportunity Card: This new visa allows individuals to stay in Germany for one year, look for a job, and potentially convert it into a working permit. Freelancer/Self-Employment Visa: Germany offers visa options for freelancers and self-employed individuals. 8. Cultural Differences: Direct Communication: German culture is characterized by direct and specific communication, emphasizing punctuality and organization. Time Commitment: Germans prioritize time management, with appointments being strictly adhered to. Bureaucratic Processes: Germany has a strong bureaucratic system with extensive paperwork and government appointments. Cash Still Used: While Germany is moving towards digital payments, cash is still accepted in many establishments. 9. Challenges for Indian IT Professionals: Language Barrier: Navigating daily life without German language skills can be challenging. Bureaucratic Processes: Understanding and navigating the bureaucratic system can be difficult. Finding Accommodation: The housing market is competitive, and finding a suitable apartment can take time. 10. Job Searching Strategies: Networking: Attending job fairs, meetups, and industry events is crucial for networking and expanding opportunities. Online Platforms: LinkedIn (especially XING for Germany), Glassdoor, Monster, StepStone, and Berlin Startup Jobs are valuable platforms for job searching. Tailored Resumes: Craft specific resumes based on job descriptions, highlighting relevant skills and experience. Direct Reach Out: Reach out to potential employers or recruiters directly through LinkedIn. Referrals: Obtain referrals from contacts within the industry for a competitive advantage. 11. Conclusion: Confidence: Believing in yourself and your abilities is essential for success in relocating and finding a job in Germany. Persistence: Be persistent in your job search and navigating the challenges. Problem Solving: Remember that every problem has a solution; stay focused and persevere towards your goal.
The best part about this session was that all the questions were on point even answers without time waste.
