to all my young bros n sis...If ur age is between 20-23, u shud start working hard bcoz it takes atleast 4-5 yrs to get job stability.If u dont get out of the comfort zone now, future would be very tough...I am saying this from my personal exp and dont want u to go through the same what I have gone. Job market is very competitive in every field. I especially said for people aged between 20-23 bcoz they have time to try career in different fields. So if u want ur life in ur 40s and later to be comfortable abhi se he ghisna chalu kar do. Pls guys🙏.I am not here to demotivate u, its just the reality that I have said.

actually the problem is during covid, companies did mass hiring and due to this people even from non-tech/IT switched their career to IT. And as things got normal after lockdown, companies realised they do not require so much man-power and then they started layoffs.

I am currently giving an exam for Redhat RHCSA for which I took the course last year. I did my engineering in 2019 in ECE, and landed in a core startup, but got laid off due to Corona Virus hit. Uske baad se 4 years+ ka gap aa ra hai. I was busy in my fathers surgery. Beech me maine Coding Ninjas se C++ and data structure bhi kiya tha. Am stuck and puzzled. Tabhi aapke videos dikhe...and now I have some hope. I am starting from Linux administration, aage cloud technologies seekhna hai all the way for devOps. As you are an expert of this industry, Koi chance hai mera after clearing Redhat certification??

Our colleges never prepared us to navigate this kind of topsy turvy job market. The JD demands they make for freshers is extremely high, for a person with 0 exp. Even internship applications are getting rejected with high demands from freshers.
