    my age:-23 .I am a feeding mother.before delivery my weight was 80kg, after delivery I became 92 kg.now my baby is 9 months old.4 days happened Im doing treadmill(3 km in 40 mins)daily I am burning minimum 150 calories.morning 2 glass warm water.daily I am eating 2chapati 1 plate rice,( morning and night ) .again I want to become 80 kgs

    Request.. please replace your title music with some soft and cool one. Reason. Your video starts by subject summary and your introduction and suddenly that heavy music dump on ears which raise heart bits for first time viewers specially who use headsets for mobile and not speakers. I feel you will take this positively. Else your videos are superb.

      I disagree with this.I am 56 yrs and I have lost 12 kgs in 6 months with balanced diet and exercise from only u tube.Age is just a number when it comes to losing weight. Determination is the key to weight loss.
