You cooked the Liberian palaver sauce very nice, fresh. Just needed more greens, and not to dry too much. Getting all the bones from your fresh fish or dry fish is necessary in this dish. Another way is to slightly cooked your fresh palaver sauce by itself, add baking soda if you want, then add your cooked meats and palm oil. ( remember if social media is used, comments are necessary. ) I too am learning, have picked up lots of great tips and techniques) You are a great cook 😀.
Liberia dry rice is typically with smoked fish, however this is nice the dry fish that you used. Sardines typically is used by itself with the peppers and seasoning cubes, and or the luncheon meat. The fried fish is used primarily with the kittiley, bitter balls and okra mixtures, and palm oil or the oil from the fried fish. ( I personally like the traditional way, with the exception that it is a brilliant idea to used dry fish) so it's nice and delicious too.
