Great job. Thank you!
I love the technique you did to the rice, soaking it. I'm going to be doing that going forward when I'm doing fried rice or jollof rice.
Thank you so much for watching. I’m glad I was able to show you another way to make fried rice.

Wow 😮 this is yummy. Please can you recommend a parboiled rice that will be nice. My husband loved the lLiberian jollof, however he didn’t like how hard it was I soaked it though.
I used Delta Star in this video.
I'm talking about this fried rice and I didn't even cook it or try it yet 😅
What kind of rice did u use?
😂 wow
This like jollof without the tomato paste lol!
If I use jasmine rice, do I have to soak it for 4 hours? also how many cups of rice did use?
Not at all.
How much rice is used in this recipe?
It looks good n came out delicious. But my thoughts is that you don't want to over cooked the sausages or the veggies and tt just the fact that you didn't pre-cooked your rice But we all cook different and it don't matter as long you love it that all matters. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching. I hope you try this recipe and let me know how it turned out.
What kind of rice was use?
I used parboiled rice.
You have got to redo this video please at a different angle 🙂 and all the steps please?😨🙄
If you going to make a video to show ppl how to cook your receipt. Make sure you show everything!! You didn’t even show how you did your rice or chicken .
Awe, sorry. I think it's because most Liberians/ Africans already know the basic of what she's making, like the season measurements, how much to use, or how long to cook for. Some like myself, just watch African cooking videos to see what technique others are using. We grew up see our mums, aunties, neighbors, older sisters, aunties, and grandmas cooking. We don't usually cook with measurements, we just know; also we just keep tasting to our liking. Actually, I think she did a great just with showing the steps compared to other Liberians chef on TH-cam. When cooking African food it hard to give the exact measurements or cook timing.
Don't give up! Maybe you should ask the chef the steps you're confused about. Liberians food are one of the, and we love sharing our food and cooking with others 😋
Not sure what's wrong but I found it hard to watch this got a head ache view is annoying and you didn't show the steps would like to subscribe but too many issues.
