    This is one of the best general ceramic care videos I've ever seen! Having a different style lower rocker panel is genius! Also, cleaning the rocker panel FIRST is soooo important because you don't risk cross contaminating the other mits! The mits are different colored to make sure you know which side is already used! Tips about drying and iron removal are also very helpful!

    Punch it has to be the best ceramic detailer on the market. It definitely adds substantial protection and is a breeze to use !

    Do you ever add any of your other products in to the foam cannon with the shift soap?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว

      We will add in Holeshot on occasion to our soaps in the foam cannon to add some cleaning power on vehicles that are heavily dirty!

    Would you recommend applying ignition after applying punch it with the dry first application? Just curious

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A great combo we like to do is use Punch It as a drying aid while drying the vehicle, then use Ignition as a final wipe detail spray to level out any excess Punch It and get the finish spotless!

    So we tried using smooth move on a coated vehicle and it ended up leaving gnarly water spots on it. We were able to remove them using clutch. What did we do wrong?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว

      Bring that Smooth Move is pH neutral, it has no ability to leave staining on the paint unless is dries or partially dries on the surface. Make sure you always keep the product in a wet state to avoid this in the future.

  • @braydenborgardt9775
    @braydenborgardt9775 ปีที่แล้ว

    Why do you recommend agitating again after using the smooth move?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We believe agitation helps partner with the contactless function that the iron removing product already has.

    Jeremy…is cool guy safe on all wheel finishes ie matte finish, polished aluminum, anodized etc?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! However always do one wheel at a time and do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

    Has my car cleared with your marine ceramic. Detailer says 7 days before I wash vehicle but I see 3 days on your site?

    I bought a gallon of Throttle, do I not need that then? Said ceramic coating detail spray and to use after every wash for maximum results.

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Throttle is great for ceramic coated vehicles, it is the easiest to use out all our detail sprays due to the fact that it contains no additives, meaning it is not boosting your coating. Throttle will leave your coating crisp and glossy without fighting any shadowing or streaks as you would with a SiO2 infused detail spray. Throttle is great to wipe your vehicle down after every wash, or after a Punch It application if there is any excess product left over. Ignition will be used in between washes to remove light dust and debris, while boosting your coating with a light layer of SiO2. What is special about Throttle other than its ease of use , is it a very delicate formula, and there is nothing in the product that will harm or cover your ceramic coating properties.

    What do you recommend for when Punch It and Wet Detailer make your drying towels hydrophobic and they don’t dry and absorb water as well anymore?! 😂 I’ve had to recycle some nice drying towels into other uses.

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah, we’ve had the same issue. It’s a little extra work, but we dump them in our soap bucket afterwards and just give them a good rinse out. This will help prevent that from happening.

    • @jamesbrowne9959
      @jamesbrowne9959 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Agree with Jeremy about placing them directly into the rinse water immediately after use so your drying-aide_booster doesnt cure in your towels. We find that it will still build up a bit so when they start to dry poorly we use a microfiber towel cleaner or APC in water and soak our saying towels overnight to breakdown what's in the towels and then place them in the washing machine in the morning. This works well for us.

      Spray and rinse punch it , then dry just the water 👍

  • @Starriddin
    @Starriddin ปีที่แล้ว

    Jeremy, I’ve seen some videos of yours showing Punch It as a spray and rinse booster. Is this just a shorter lasting version of a dry application or as a wet drying application?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว

      The spray and rinse is a faster way of applying Punch It, however, the dry application will result in the longest protection because there is no water interfering with the Punch It bonding to the paint!

  • @jbanda896
    @jbanda896 ปีที่แล้ว

    Would it be better if you mix ceramic detailer and shift ? Instead of putting ceramic detailer after?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could do that, however, the only issue would be if the SiO2 in Punch It dries on the paint, it will leave a very stubborn shadow that needs some firm elbow grease to remove.

    • @jbanda896
      @jbanda896 ปีที่แล้ว

      Can ignition be used as a drying aid when the vehicle is wet or does it have to be dry application?

  • @cuevvaz7756
    @cuevvaz7756 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    what he said is true don’t spray it and let it sit, even when it was cool outside it dried up on me and is stained on my coating my fault tho 😔🤭

    No pre foam? Whats your opinion on that?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We use discretion depending on how dirty the vehicle is. Pre-foam always helps when the vehicle is heavily soiled.

    Why buy a lot of sponges 🧽 to wash cars? Seems like a sales gimmick just fold your towel in squares, saves you money and time washing sponges after using them.

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      There’s no sales gimmicks, lol.
      I never once state you need to buy the 4-pack. It’s education on how to utilize the 4 wash pads for safer and more efficient washing process. Go ahead and use your towels and follow the instructions I give. The towels won’t be as efficient and effective but it’ll save you money.

    • @somthingsquishy
      @somthingsquishy ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I’ve used plush towels method and their wash mitts. The mitts and lower panel block pad are definitely better. You can use the towels for a weekly wash maintenance in a bucket full of your preferred rinseless if you want. Anyway, not a sales gimmick.
