    From a consumer level this product makes allot of sense. Not everyone can afford a full blown paint correction/coating combo. For many, especially in these times is out of reach. Having a product that can be applied to the typical daily driver, maybe the person that takes care of their car the best they can wants that protection and do it themselves. Seems like a win/win to me.👍

      Appreciate that feedback, that's exactly the purpose of this product. People need options. Sometimes the "fine wine" is out of budget. This product meets that need while still performing like a pro coating just less concentrate and shorter protection term.

    Definite game changer, easy to apply, quick flash time, light wipe down. Working for a dealership, I'm isolating the vehicles with least amount of paint defects and applying this product, showroom vehicles, higher priced or loaded out vehicles... customers will like the fact that this service was performed during the detail process.

    This product looks legit and gonna have to buy some. I’ve seen a lot of spray on ceramics but I feel like I can trust the local guys product. Thanks for producing a product for someone who just wants a nice looking car without the complexity. The video was great, super informative and I really appreciate the info found in it as an instructional video should be.

    I only use Shine Supply products when it comes to detailing. I just did a paint correction on my wife’s FE Bronco using classic cut followed with slick back polish primer. Finished off with Beadlock pro ceramic coating. Shine Supply products are truly the best detailing products on the market.

    Just applied this today. i ended up using a blend of chop top/burn out on a microfiber pad then a foam pad, once i felt comfortable how the paint looked, i applied the coating. its super easy to use and looks amazing and i love the fact that one bottle can do multiple cars

    So why would I use this over the multiple other year long ceramic coatings out there that are a portion of the price? Surely 9H Hardness can’t be the justification for a product that costs triple the price of something like hydrocharge or sonax coatings

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can't compare this to prices of water based ceramic coating sprays. We have those as well. They are $20 for a 16oz. Completely different performance in those water-based products vs solvent based ceramic coating products. Protection measured in months rather than years. Those water-based products are great for boosting existing coatings or adding slickness and hydrophobics, but they lack the abilities of pro stye solvent-based coatings. Hydrocharge from CG is a water-based product along with the Sonax products. Although they may work great, they are a completely different type of products as I stated above. Example would be comparing a "Spray wax" to a paste wax. 2 completely different type of products.

    • @SHINESUPPLY

      This is a trade secret but it far surpasses amounts used in typical "spray coatings". You will be able to see this with its longevity.

  • @larrysing

    If you press the tip of the sprayer directly INTO the applicator, you don't lose the "spray" that is wasted. It ALL goes into the applicator. #MoneySavingTips

    All products are excellent but I have a question after wiping off ceramic coating is the microfiber towel done or not

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes the towel should not be used, once the coating cures on the towel that was used to level, it will be hard which can scratch the paint is used again!

  • @kstatley
    @kstatley 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Since you can do multiple cars with one bottle, how do you store Relock Express after each application use? Also, do you throw away both microfiber towels like you would on a pro coat application?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We take the sprayer out of the bottle and utilize the remaining liquid in the sprayer tube. This leaves the dip tube and sprayer empty of product and helps decrease the chances of the sprayer failing prematurely.

    Hi Jeremy. How long would be the interval of application and what to use after every wash to boost the shine? I only use shine supply products, a few years now.

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you referring to the flash time of the coating?
      In regard to maintenance, use our Shift Soap to wash the vehicle, then follow with our Ignition High Speed Detailer to boost the coating, and leave the surface extremely glossy and slick.

    Can use this product in the sun, I'm mobile detailer?

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes absolutely. It works great in direct sun. You can coat at least an entire panel before leveling. Use discretion in the hot summer months, if the panel is too hot to touch proceed with caution and perform a small test spot rather than coating the whole panel.

    What would be the preparation process for applying this product to a vehicle that was corrected and ceramic coated with C1 a little over 3 years ago?
    After it was coated, I have been maintaining it using Shift for washing and Punch-It after each wash. I use Clutch on it about twice a year.

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Prep would be proper wash, Decon with Smooth Move paint decontaminator, Shine Supply White/Mild clay bar (if needed), Quick polish with Slick Back primer polish (optional if you have some light defects), Wipe down with Throw Back paint cleanser, apply Relock express ceramic coating.

    Hey guys so I have a question, so a chemical decon easy and not harsh on the paint, but mechanical decon can induce light defects as you guys know. My question is, if I would to do a polish with a glaze and cutting pad as I normally do would it bond properly with the glaze or would I have to do another decon wash with like a strip soap or ipa wipe?

    • @shinedivisiondetailing
      @shinedivisiondetailing 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      a good wipe with Throwback would do it in my best knowledge.

    • @SHINESUPPLY
      @SHINESUPPLY  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I suggest using our Smooth Move paint decontaminator and Slick Back primer polish rather than a "glaze" I can't vouch for the bonding abilities to a "glaze" but Relock works amazing applied over Slick Back.

      No dis-respect taken. That's honest feedback. I don't like doing these long videos but no one else in our company understands this product to the level where they can explain it, maybe you can come knock out the next one lol. I wasn't happy with how this turned out, but I know I touched on all the points that will answer the hundreds of questions that will come to us through all avenues. It's for those that know nothing about coating or what this product was designed to do.
