We had exactly the same 21 meals conversation this week. I've also seen an analogy about having a vase of flowers - you wouldn't chuck the whole bunch out because one bloom had died... This is huge for me too as I'm terrible at going 'oh stuff it, the whole day is ruined now I might as well carry on' Xxx
