Honestly girl, it's so nice to see you talk about the downside of Shein/SheGlam! Because the fact is they have horrific labor practices that should really be illegal. I've pointed this out to other influencers before but they never respond or stop plugging the brand. I get that same "ick" feeling whenever I see people on Tiktok or TH-cam doing "hauls" from Shein, and I don't get why they don't get called out for it??? And it's not like these people don't have the money to buy from a retailer that's at least SLIGHTLY more respectable. They're dropping like $500 on clothes they'll probably never wear. As someone who does makeup for brides and other special occasion photos, the best way to do fake freckles is after primer and before foundation. The only other thing between the freckles and skin can be spot correction or mild color correction. This gives the best effect. It also makes them much more believable in person. It smoothed out the edges enough to make them blend into the skin and look much more natural.

That lunar beauty palette IS for muas. As manny said in his video, there aren't that many pallettes like this on the market and he wanted to fill the gap. I think it was a smart move and as an mua, I am thinking of buying it, the packaging is stunning! 😍
Lancome’s Emily in Paris collection is a great representation of the show, as in bland, boring and unnecessary. But at least the makeup is not xenophobic or offensive, which the first half of the 1st season is. It’s not only cringey because of how bad it is, it’s mainly cringey and uncomfortable to watch because whoever wrote this is extremely ignorant and their only France references are from Hallmark movies.

The Ariana makeup brand was underwhelming kinda like what House Labs. Fake freckles do look weird in person. The nightmare before Christmas colourpop collection was just as bad a the makeup revolution one! The only cute thing was the Zero sponge!
I hate saying this, but the REM eyeshadow palette packaging reminded me very much of 2007 Mary Kay makeup. Very dated and not the vibe. 😬The lipstick looked cute though.

isle of paradise have a clear range with fake tans that dont have a guide colour! so much easier if you want to leave your tan on throughout the day instead of overnight
I hate the "fake freckle" look as well. However, i have real freckles during summer and i will put fake freckles on year round cause it looks cute. I just use alcohol activated makeup and tap them out so they look like real skin. I've had so many people tell me how nice it is to see my real freckles all while they were fake... Even my parents thought they were real. So it is possible, it's just a little bit more work
i feel like you *hit on revolution's makeup too much. revolution is on the same line as colourpop, maybelline etc. every brand has their own hit-or-miss products. you should definitely do a full face of revolution and see how you feel after that
The Lisa Eldridge foundation thing companies do that all the time the only foundation samples I get come with multiple different colors usually 4 to 6 I never just get one foundation shade it always comes in like a blister card with six different shades always like with any brand besides drugstore any other brand though at least in the United States maybe it's different in the UK I don't know
Your so right ove bought like 4 eye shadow pallette from revolutiom. The pot leaf one is the best one out of all of them and it still mediocre the reason I like it is the pressed glitters are some of the best I own. Pretty much all of the other stuff other than the eye shadows are good I really like there stuff but the eye shadow fooled me

Also I agree with the whole fake freckles thing that they just don't like natural also if you're going to do fake freckles you don't need a special pen for it you can just use Black or brown felt tip eyeliner you don't need a special product for it and I actually like a couple of the products from Freck they have a very small line but some other other products are really good but I just don't like their flag ship products that they were kind of found it on, also I've literally heard everyone and I completely agree with you that the ALF collaboration should've been done by elf I think everyone would've been on board with that but revolution just is hit or miss the only thing I actually like from them are their conceal and define and conceal and hydrate concealers which actually the concealing to find one is a perfect dupe for the original shape tape and the Hydro one is a perfect due for their hydrating one and you get it on of product for a very small amount especially in the hydrating version that's Pretty much the only product I would recommend from them or if you like some milk make up blur stick primer make up revolution like they do with everything else has a dupe but this actually is a deep that I think it's better than the original but I'm not really a fan of either product but I know tons of people love it and it's a lot cheaper than the milk one, also I bought the lot less trio which was $25 in US and you get more product than you would for one lipgloss and you get more product, Their lip gloss and the fatty heat to me are very very similar the fancy heat has a little bit more pigment but if you can get the Fenty heat in the UK get that one and they pretty much due and look the exact same on the lips but they are the only lip glosses that I even wear are the Lawless forget the filler in the Fenty heat, Also for Artist Couture the only thing in my opinion worth buying are the supreme bronze in the supreme nudes eyeshadow palettes they are so underrated and they are amazing quality the shimmers are unreal these two pallets none of the other pallets just those two for me or a notch below Pat McGrath and Natasha Denona, BUT ONLY THOSE 2 palettes, Also I know for lunar beauty he talked about MLQ the quantity that you need to get in order to place an order and it be very expensive for an indie brand to do individual sheets but I don't think he had to do that I think he made three pallets or even two that had four shades in that would've been more than enough I think you should've split it into light medium dark or ideally light medium dark deep dark but even if we just split it into two I think it would've been better because unless you're a makeup artist this palette doesn't make sense and Yes the ones on the left are basically just finishing powers they're not contour bronzing powder's but still it just doesn't make sense, Sorry I pause the video before I listen to listen to what you had to say about lunar beauty but you're saying exactly what I just said here 100% agree with you and I like your half-moon idea also I heard the brushes though we're out of this were actually great the big one is reminds me from what I've seen of this Marc Jacobs bronzer brush that isn't available anymore but it used to be $78 and I loved that thing so I kind of do you want the brush that even though I don't buy brush that there aren't too many brushes in there and they are face and eye, Also I actually think surprisingly I thought the thought REM beauty that those little singles were single eyeshadows I actually think they're colored highlighters which are so random right now and are no longer popular they haven't been popular for a few years now

Ya I’m a huge Tim burton fan so Nightmare before Christmas and that colour pop collection got me sooooooo pumped because the sailor moon (which I’m also a huge fan of) palette is my absolute favourite and this collection sucks. I hate this collection, colour selection is not accurate to the movie in my opinion. Very disappointed. I feel like they shoot out collections so god damn fast that their consistency in effort (not in formula the formula is very consistent) isn’t there. That collection is just meh. Sorry not sorry. i use an eyebrow pencil for my fake freckles, i also have very light natural freckles but i think the pencil freckles look nice

Revolution is trash compared to Colourpop. Maybelline has never done a nice eyeshadow. Colourpop is a whole different category.

Ya I’m a huge Tim burton fan so Nightmare before Christmas and that colour pop collection got me sooooooo pumped because the sailor moon (which I’m also a huge fan of) palette is my absolute favourite and this collection sucks. I hate this collection, colour selection is not accurate to the movie in my opinion. Very disappointed. I feel like they shoot out collections so god damn fast that their consistency in effort (not in formula the formula is very consistent) isn’t there. That collection is just meh. Sorry not sorry.
Also what is that stunning shimmer on your eyes?!? It’s stunningggg
