I will have to read Debbie's book. I am a follower of Christ. And a sexual assault survivor as well. I know that I haven't always responded the best to traumatic situations in the past. But to hear what Debbie went through and survived is inspiring. And how she used that trauma and pain for something better.

There's a story in the Bible of a blind man that people questioned him and his parents saying what did you do to end up blind. However, the man and his parents did nothing, but he was blind so that God could get the glory after healing him. Your story was horrific. You did nothing to deserve that, but end the end I believe God got the glory. I know someone who doesn't believe us thinking nah this isn't a good thing but everything that God does doesn't have to make sense for it to be true! Be blessed!

Jesus. What she endured is so heartbreaking. I don’t know what’s worse. Losing all of those videos of her children or being graped after only being with one man her whole life. God keep holding her tight in your arms.
I know people are going to read this and think “who cares about the SD card” but as someone who has literally lost EVERYTHING the fact that i have NO pictures of my child as a baby or myself as a baby or a kid is a trauma i can not overcome. It’s worse that grape for me. Worse than any abuse.

22:41 when they’re saying we don’t see evidence of those bruises… well maybe cause not only that experience she had, but because it was the first group of men who did most of those beatings. At the beginning. This man became gentle with her, and it was at least 3/4 days, maybe more. Her body did have time to heal at least a bit. And she’s got a dark complexion so maybe the fading bruises would be harder to see than a Caucasian skin. Who know?? All I know is tips lady is a freaking survivor abd warrior and her belief in Jesus absolutely was a factor in her survival. If not in any other way, at the very least for her, in her mind, keeping her strong enough to keep praying and fighting to stay alive. Willpower is a magical thing. ❤
23:38 yes girl!!!! Absolutely!!! That’s why it happened so much! Cause noone was standing up and speaking out! Thank you! On behalf of yourself and every other woman you helped to speak their truth! It’s incredibly sad that your own family was telling you to be quiet and let it go for FEAR! But that’s exactly how they operate. You’ve done, and are still doing, the right thing. ❤ we need more people like you! Def not more people going though this, but whoever does, and suffers in silence, for those who didn’t make it out alive, for everyone. It’s gotta start somewhere with someone.
24:54 I absolutely NEED this book! Do you think they might have it at the library?? Cause I’m literally below poverty line right now, I can’t spend the very little money I have on it but I want this boon SOO bad!!! This story has awakened something in me! Thank you fir telling your story, and please continue to do so. I wish you well in your life sbd your family and yourself stay strong and blessed ❤

2:52 see this is what I never understood. If they wanted to ransack your home, ok that sucks, but go ahead, just don’t hurt me. But they do that and still kidnap and hurt you. There’s seriously zero reason to ever do that except being sick individuals
    3:09 ten am!? Broad daylight!?
9:06 man! Even people who DO have extra money, they still don’t just have two million dollars laying around readily available. Just goes to show how they thought they were so thourough and did their homework and all that, the main part of their plan they didn’t think about at all.
17:01 I can’t go on without pointing this out. I’ve gone back and forth in my life with god. Not because if him, but because of me and then I beg and cry and say lord why!? What did o do!? Why won’t you help me!? Just like this woman. My best friend of twenty years passed away, it’ll be three years in may. In a car crash. Very sudden, unexpected, and at that time akso I couldn’t figure out why god would take such an amazing woman, who had been through hell but was just getting all she worked for her whole life. She had a house, vehicles, a fiancé, anything she wanted, she had three kids, one of which was only a year old at the time of her death. I couldn’t understand. But being so close fir so many years, I was close with her family. So she was on life support for three days but when they kept testing her brain activity, none was coming back. They had to pull that plug on her dads birthday. And then I kid you not, her little brother also died, in another car accident, on the other side of the country where he was working, just two months later. It was unbearable. So that’s two out of four gone. But the other sister was deep into addiction and on the brink of death herself, and the oldest brother, he was trying to help all of them. The parents, his family, his deceased sisters family and three kids, his deceased brothers family and son… and he was also trying to be there for the MANY friends of both his siblings and everyone else, but to this day, he’s the one who’s gotten me back to god and everyone else in that family too. Everyone is now doing amazing. The sister is over a year clean now, she already had two girls and now has another who was born three months early, wasn’t expecting to live, but she’s seven months old as of today and they’re all living together in a big house, thriving as any family could want to! They opened their own business where they all work together, except for the oldest brother I mentioned cause he was already a big name around here and has a company called “love over it” and he and his wife are freaking amazing and they’re very involved in their church, he was always really popular growing up. They’re a black family and he was a football player, partier, binge drinker… but he’s onvyturbed his life around. And because he’s always been so well liked and respected, he also helps many people around here to find god and get clean again. So, what my whole point was. Is he was continually telling me, let go, hand it over to god. Ask him back in your life, he always forgives you. And I know mysekf from previous experience, there was a time I was deep into addiction. One day I said I’m done. This coming Sunday I’m walking to the nearest church and surrendering to him. And I did. And that was the only time I quit everything cold turkey and stayed clean and active within the church for a couple years, it’s only when I stray from him that my life turns upside down. So when she just said she prayed, handed it over to god and the very next day, everythjng had changed. I absolutely believe that. I’ve experienced it myself. God is the almighty father, he forgives even when we can’t forgive ourselves. I can accept that different people have different opinions and views, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have personal experience without any other explanation. So, I realize that was super long. I didn’t mean it to be, but I wanted you to fully understand and grasp the concept that it’s no joke. And this woman is speaking truth! Amen! And no, she never should have had to endure any of that. But unfortunately not everyone is walking with god by their side. But we must pray for them too. They’re so very clearly lost. And as I write this, I think about sone of you reading saying oh no here comes another bible thumper! Lol that’s not the case sg all. I’m 36, two kids, a life full of addiction and regret, but one thing about me is Jo matter what, I will speak my truth. Whatever it is. And that is all true. God bless each snd every one of you . Especially the woman in this video. ❤

Oh Tina, for someone who preaches light and love, how could you turn a blind eye to the evil that is prevelant and very real in this world
Things like this happen far more often than you’d like to believe.
It is extremely heartbreaking how sadistic and cruel people can be.
This story did not occur in America. And things are not always reported for political reasons either. Many countries have their own systems that are corrupt.
And even in America not all crimes are known to the public. So sure think it’s “odd” but do have a heart to a really
Traumatic experience that was bravely shared online.
