In January 2020 aged 54 I retired, just as CV19 was starting, it scared me enough to get my fitness and health on top form, so if I did get it I would have the best chance to beat it. I found Shelley’s workouts and have followed her and this group, doing 30 minutes exercises every day ever since. Now 55, I am delighted with the results and have lost a stone in weight, toned up but most importantly of all I feel so healthy and full of energy, this group and Shelley’s workouts are amazing. Great glute workout! I am 64 and this is the right amount of work for me. Six days in a row with this glute workout. At 30 days I am going to see if there is a difference. I already feel it.
I have been looking around for some fun videos to improve my body. I'm only a few short months to being 56, and I have noticed an increase in weight gain and flabbiness. Not only was this fun, but it targeted the ares I wanted to work on without hurting my back or neck. I will be following you for sure!

I am very happy I came across your site. I joined Planet Fitness gym back in Nov. They only have the gym equipment, no exercise classes. I wanted exercise classes but have no one to exercise with. This is great because I can just stay at home and have you to work out with instead of wondering if anyone is watching me. Now let's hope I get off my big rear end to do them. I have no excuse! lol👍😅

My first time trying this one- I have thin legs and not much of a butt so was pretty sure I didn’t want to lose anything in those 2 places. I do think this would be good for toning and I liked it. Again, another great workout!
Hello Schellea, so glad I found your vids. I suffered from covid and then sepsis. Needless to say left very weak and loss of muscle. Proud to say I started with your full bodywork out. Then after mastering somewhat, added weights. Now up to three vids daily. Full body, sitting abs and gluts. Now a three week fan. I am doing it

Hi Schellea It's been exactly 1year since I started working out with you. I usually stop in the winter when the weather turns cold and just want comfort food and pj's after work Lol. I have consistently worked out with you and have enjoyed every minute of it. I feel very fit physically, mentally and spirituality. Just one session yesterday morning and the ongoing pain in the inside of my right hip has almost disappeared. I just did this 10” glute exercise again. Great. Thanks so much Shellea!

These glut exercises spot on. Hard on knees.Need get my yoga mat. Speakg of yoga...Not for me...😳All the positions, etc. I have neuropathy in both my feet so balance fair-poor. Instructor was judgemental and unkind as I was not able to do some moves. I >60 w chronic disease. I happy w your kind encouraging voice. TY!! 💞

Finally now had the chance to do this workout , just finished and almost don’t know what to say first: How can there be this much creativity! Always in here ,new ways of moving, new sequences of moves- & this music is fantastically suited to the routine~ Score myself? Hi i Love all of your videos!!! I am 55 and i have been doing pilates for 2 years. I have bad knees so i have to protect them. I am thin and want to build and tone my bum and legs. What exercises May i do that will build my legs and bum but not put pressure on my knees?😊
👍Definitely felt glutes, much needed. The lunges are quite challenging for me- Can only do a couple at a time, & with knee and thigh lowered very few inches. So I did extra squats, gentle ones. Even so, afterward I felt almost 10 / 10 ! ❤️❤️❤️Thanks, Schellea❤️❤️❤️

A question - my knees with torn meniscus and arthritis cannot do the lunges or curtsey lunges. I've been substituting squats instead. Is there another modification or exercise that you can recommend?

It is never too late to quit smoking. As soon as a smoker quits, the body begins to heal the damage caused by smoking.👍

Shellea I love everything about your workouts and you! Thank you for enhancing the health of us fabulous ladies. A question - my knees with torn meniscus and arthritis cannot do the lunges or curtsey lunges. I've been substituting squats instead. Is there another modification or exercise that you can recommend?

Hi Schellea. Thank you for all your routines. It's Fabulous being able to work on specific areas. I started with your 5 minute workouts a few weeks ago. Now I can accompany you through almost all of them. I am 71, 82 kg (now) and am very much in need of exercise. I have lost 2 kg already. Just a little request. Could you possibly work up a routine specifically for incontinence. TIA. And Cheers.
