      Oh thank you doctor Rowe for your efforts and great videos.
      I would like to request your advice or a video tackles how to walk correctly or more precisely how to correct the way we walk. I have noticed my shoes r getting much unlevelled towards the outer side (the heel part). Both feet slopping to the sides (left to the left & right to the right) and partially backwards. In my case this problem applies to my sport shoes and normal shoes as well.

    My thighs are soooo tight, maybe I went too hard in the gym for being my first time in a while, but I’m so glad it’s just tightness bc I thought I hurt myself, I can barely walk or sit down without it pulling itself

    You're a lifesaver my man, went on a long walk today and for the life of me I couldn't fall asleep. And aften one go on both sides of quads/hamstrings stretch the pain went away IMMEDIATELY. I can't describe how thankful I am.

    I’ve been having really bad growing pains and cramps in my legs for a while- and I have patellofemoral syndrome on top of that- this rlly did make a difference! Tysm for uploading this video! I 100% recommend it for growing pains and other things like that! For me it worked great!!

    I just want to thank you for positing this video and assisting me in relieving my thigh pain which I have had for over a month. I'm walking with 90% less limping after completing the thigh exercises. The area I thought the pain was steemed from was not correct. After using the racket ball, I immediately discovered which area was tender to the touch/sore. I iced the area afterwards and wrapped the affected area with an ace bandage. I also did the stretches holding on to the back of the chair.. My physician prescribed Flexoril which basically made me sleepy and did provide a little comfort. However, after the Flexoril wore off, I was back to the beginning. She refused to prescribed predisone - too many side effects per Dr. I will continue doing the stretches until I am a completely back to normal. I think I hyperextended my thigh muscle during walking. I was was walking five days a week with my dog - about 17,000 to 18,000 per day including dog walking, working, etc. I can not thank you enough!!!

      Update: I'm at the 98% point in my healing process thanks to you!!! I'm still experiencing light muscle throbbing pain in my left leg maybe three times a day. However I believe it's because I'm still in the healing process. I'm no longer limping and my mobility is almost back to pre-injury. I can never thank you enough for posting your video. At one point, I thought I would never walk normal again. Have a great day. I will continue doing the racket ball exercises and stretches until I'm 100% pain free!

    I am wakening up through night and in thr mornings with bad leg pains and lower back. I feel it may be the mattress as we were away for 10 days and didn't have this.

    The first one helped right now, Started getting a cramp in the back of the thigh, got up in a panic and the whole leg locked up (like I was wearing a cast), took about a minute to loosen up and another 2 for the pain to recede. Anyway it worked and thank you.

    Thank you, I was jogging and my dog ran in front of me, I tripped going the other way and hurt my right knee. I rolled into my fall but my right knee got hurt. First exercise really eased the slight aching pain I was feeling. You’re the best ❤

    After a year later in covid pandemic I started my dancing rehearsals two days ago and I did a lots of practice and also did a lots of hard steps.That's why it's hurting my thigh muscles and the pain is really intolerable! And tomorrow is my last rehearsal.. hope it will work for me😭

    okkay so I did like 50 lunges and 25 squats and some simple warm-up exercises ,
    my legs hurt so bad the next I just couldn't walk ..it was so painful but this exercise
    3:03 it helps soooo much, I did it, and instantly my leg pain literally vanished !!!! it was like magic now I can run and jump and exercise again thx!

    When I going workout on badminton while I going to home I really pain in my muscles and back pain after I didn't walk in up in room.......     This really helped!!
    I am a helper of my mom, that means I have to cook, clean and do chores.
    Most of them require standing up so I legs are mostly sore.
    But 3:24 It really helped a ton! Now that I found a way to deal with the soreness, I won’t have to wake up to annoying sounds and SUPER SORE legs😁

    At least tonight my muscle knots started early for a change🤷🏼‍♀️ plus this is a new location for me...front of leg -the quadra-whatever. I’ve never had that but searching YT, here’s Dr Rowe w/a fix.👍🏻The stretch and massage did the trick...my leg muscle stopped cramping and feeling weird. Ty for helping me get a good nights sleep👍🏻

    Omg! I literally not kind of a person who believes easily but bcoz I'm really in pain bcoz of my hyperthyroidism (this is one of the symptoms, muscle pain), i tried it and this actually works. It's just at the beginning (glute and buttocks) but it already works on me! I can't stand up or sit, but I already can! This really helps me!
