The sloop/cutter distinction is entirely pointless in boats with no bowsprit. If you can change the 'rig type' by adding a single rope, then the term is not useful.

Estreka she is a sloop cutter rigged. Sloop because of one mast, cutter because 2 (or more) forestay....
