Agreed teach parents,grand parents,communities are to be blamed cause the majority have changed from when our grand and great grandparents were raised.
What about if a parent and grandparent dresses respectfully,takes the children to church and teaches them how to pray, the parent works in accordance with the teachers and gives the community the right to discipline the kids but yet still these kids still goes astray. What could be the cause of that now? I mean even if a father isnt taking responsibility for their kids but the mom is doing all they can to raise her children well but in the end the kids still joins a gang. What
