Great video! The date and milage isn't either/or they both have to set. I found this out because I reset my milage and did the service but the light was still on. I had to go in and select the date also so it would reset as I had owned the bike a year and thought It needed a service after a year regardless of miles.
Thank you, i work at a garage so i like to do the service myself. The service light came on and the robbing ba@#tard dealer wanted £380 to do the service and reset light.
Wow, we'd never charge that much for a service light. Even if we had to hook it up to the Husqvarna or KTM software, it only takes a minute. I'm glad I could help though!
Any suggestions for shop manuals for the 901? Also, is there an aftermarket answer for scan tool with the 901? Thanks for the service light tip. Seems like the Husqy dealer could have shown me that after having driven 30 miles to get it turned off.
First thing this morning March 1st light comes on, tried a dozen times to re set, Doesn't work for me, service light still comes on. 4200 miles on bike, no where near the service interval.
