You have COMPLETELY sold me on these. I have the FansToys Dibots, and they're great. But these Gigapower Dinos seem to go the extra mile.
I like the other 3P Dinobots, but GigaPower just makes some GORGEOUS figures!
I love the GigaPower Dinobots. I just wish I had the money for them. Hopefully I'll be able to finally get them all this year after having to give them a miss previously.
I do not regret my pre-order, he's amazing!

Thank you for the detailed steps for transforming Graviter. The neck on mine was ridiculously tight and the back legs made a sickening cracking plastic noise swiveling them into place. All in all a cool Sludge dinobot homage that could benefit from some small tweaks. 4 out of 5 bot IMO.
I wish these guys would get going on other projects besides the Dinobots. I wanna see what else they can do

as he is the Diplodocus of the group, I like him being a head above everyone else in size .
Giga power just seems better than Fans toys. Then again I wanted to thank you Ben. Last couple of years you've helped me transform all of my toys. And I do watch your reviews on anything I'm interested in because I know you're not going to blow smoke up any viewers butts just to get them to buy from your sponsors. I'd buy lots from robot kingdom but shipping to USA is pretty expensive.

Also good to be aware of, his back piece in dino mode or "wings" in robot mode have a small tab that connects at the bottom of the dino neck broke on one side, it is completely unnoticeable; looks like careful modeling glue could fix it, just be carefully when tabbing in his "wings" when transforming him in and out of dino mode.

A little disappointed that the chroming and reds lacks any sort of uniformity. Not sure if that was by design or the rumors of QC issues forcing a switch in factories were true. Regardless, there are too many 'pros' and very little 'cons'. Preorder is in... great review Ben👍
Looking great, got the metallic versions of the other two but I'm kind of regretting not going chrome.

J Tick, Hello mate, have you made a decision yet?, I went chrome as these are the closest to my old toys, I only had Snarl bitd, and when I received Giga Snarl, it took me back to xmas 85, except this time Prime looks up to Snarl,...and I wasn't disappointed lol. Cheers Fu75.

I've got a full set of FT but keeping them in bot mode. All my Giga's will be in Dino mode, and doing chrome for a different looking set than the FT ones I have. Dino head looks a little...off, but other than that great stuff!

I just got GP Grassor, I plan on getting Graviter and Guttur soon. Fans Toys and the other 3rd party companies have some nice offerings but i think GP have raised the bar IMO.

i got this but the metallic version of him. i couldn`t get my hands on the fans toys of him so i settled for him as my sludge. i think he should be the taller of the 5. so i have all fans toys dibots except for this giga sludge now i have all dino bots
Need a little info : my friend has one of these a gigasaur its has a little gun with him he opened it to change batteries and broke the tiny wee wires inside
he asked me to solder it back to working again , the switch is on the under side of the gun rather than the very back to turn the light on should the switch be pushed forward or backward

Hello Ben, thanks for the review. I have to say, that I’m a fan of both sets. I have completed my FansToys Dinobots, and they look magnificent together. I decided to get Gigapower’s set for my Dinosaur modes, and they have been very impressive so far. I’m excited for this new Dinobot to be released and will be adding him to my collection. Is there going to be any flame effects for Graviter, like there has been on the other releases? I hope Gigapower continues with that. And I agree with you, I can’t wait for their Swoop and Grimlock!

WOW! These TFs are too cool! The engineering for him to transform is awesome! If these were the kinds available in stores I would definitely collect them. Where can you find/buy all of these 3rd party KO & Oversize TFs?
I've been buying mine from BigBadToyStore and tfsource.
I wonder what we're getting after Grimlock. Maybe Paddles? 😂 But on a serious note we need Unicron and Primus and I think they're the ones that need to step up and take the job.
The paint of the Giga gives them a look like real metal vs the Fan looks like plastic.

@benscollectables Graviter doesn't have the ability to switch the eye color does he? i opened mine and it's molded with the face.
I wish they'd make the heads more neanderthal looking like the cartoon. These look too handsome, proper and serious, they need to look dumb, confused and slightly jocular.
For my dinobots I have the following.. Reximus Prime (KO OS Grimlock) still awesome and the size for me is perfect! and Fanstoys scoria (slag) and Soar (Swoop) and I just pre-ordered my first gigapower figure. still on the fence for snarl.. reason is simple.. he was not in the 86 movie.. he was not part of the unicron kick butt team. so snarl is not a must in my eyes.

@@Benscollectables my apologies good sir. What do you think of them ? I guess I missed them between your regular and KO channels I'll go a hunting :). If I'm going for a set that appeals to the eye to match Reximus Prime I thought the metallic would suit since the chrome looks way too overbearing from photos. Do you know of anyone that compares each one side by side chrome vs metallic?

Bot mode is nice, but dino mode is a disappointment. That dino head is fugly, and he short tail is pretty lame. The front legs also look out of proportion with the back legs to me.
I have 3 ft and 3 giga and I prefer giga
It's nice, but I prefer the Fans Toys Dinobots.

Seeing them side by side in bot mode Stomp looks so much more like the animation model and the original G1 toy than Graviter does. Graviter is just big generic robot, doesn't capture Sludge's aesthetic at all.
