I've done my time now with the Government now I can't seem to get any help filling out this stupid form.

They want us to submit this form electronically but I'm not applying for SBP. So how am I supposed to get my electronic form notarized? Not addressed in the Q&A. I must be the only not applying for survivors benefits.

How can someone witness your form if it's electronic if you're already retired and awaiting retirement pay? Is it printed out, witnessed, and then scanned back in as a pdf?

That's what I did and it seems to be the way to do it. You actually submit it as an uploaded pdf.

Having to submit through vPC on MyPers is impossible on a regular non-military computer. What are those in the gray supposed to do??

Application process for Gray Area Reserve retirements has migrated from vPC to MyFSS since this video came out. It sounds like same process, just different portal. I'm working through it now.

What will happen if you filled out the DD FORM 2656 BLOCK 38 if only say if applicable so if you your ex wife name SSN only. Because you have no contact with them after the divorced. Your divorce decree indicated you ex spouse is not entitled to your military retirement

I am an Army reserve retired enlisted soldier, trying to get my retirement form filled out correctly. I had filled it out in Dec 2021 and the DD2656 form was dated Oct 2018, so I have to fill out the updated form, but I cannot remember when I was promoted to E-6 and I do not know how to get to my information. I cannot get into my AKO account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
