You prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost my password. I appreciate any help you can offer me!
@Israel Mohammad i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Literally scrolled through the comments to see if anyone else felt this way 😂 I have some potatoes in the cupboard and I think I’m going to have to listen to some metal when I cut them up
This reminds me so much of how my family in their mother land lives (I was born in the states, NYC), it's really nice and nostalgic. I think when I visit Japan I'd rather spend most of my time in a village setting than in the city.
How cool that they use the bamboo sections like a bento box! I loved that whole process of making the bowls, cups, and chopsticks straight out of the bamboo, definitely the kind of thing I'd enjoy doing.
Honestly would love to watch another one just like this, going to a different farm. Loved it! Simple and wholesome. Would love to see more "food porn" too, and just seeing the view of the dinner table as you all eat. No need to commentate, but just wanna see the wholesome food more! Lol 😍
dude I love all that side text and floating text flying around. definitely made it more fun. and the experience looked awesome, same as the food you guys helped make!
I loved this video so much I grew up in a farming community in Canada so I really appreciate this kind of content and with all my food allergies it's fun to live vicariously through food videos!
Every time I come to Japan, I always want to go to the countryside but I never have as I just didn’t know where to start! I loved this video, thank you for sharing this ❤️
On my top 5 of your videos Emma. It's really nice to see outside of the city, how the "salt of the earth" folks live and get on. Please more of this kind of adventure. Absolutely love the countryside. Wish I could visit. Hey, who knows?
Love it, great to see Japanese that are not too serious and are very cheerful. It refreshing to see how they interact with other nationalities. Arigatou gozaimasu for sharing your experience. God bless🙏🕊️
Well done! I loved this and all your other videos. Having a true Japanese experience like this makes it so awesome when living in Japan. These are the moments that you will remember forever.
Emma I just saw your last video and thought you were being really hard on yourself because of not shooting on your own channel for a while. considering the amount of vids you've made for TC in the meantime I'd say you still worked hard. And then this video, wow. a farmstay is definitely something wholesome and kind and seems to suit you a lot. keep it up
Came here randomly, searching for japanese food videos, I bingewatch them for years now. This episode was amazing, it's my lifegoal to ecperience this exactly kind of stay. I'm a rural girl and need this to feel relaxed, otherwise cities were just too exhausting for me. Thank you for sharing, I'm still stunned by the people. Definetly subscribed ^^/
This is sooo great!! I'm planning on doing workaway in Japan next year and you just gave me a good insight on what it might be like!! I really want to learn about gardening and growing vegetables, but the bamboo chopsticks and bowl-making made me so intrigued!! This is probably the most authentic way of experiencing a country and it's people and you made me even more excited emma! thank youu
Love these videos where you visit different places in Japan! Especially the more rural ones, they make me feel so peaceful especially since I’m drinking tea and it’s raining as I’m watching this. Love your channel so much Emma 💖
Just found your channel through another youtuber and I'm enjoying everything I've seen so far! Looking forward to more of your content, its really unique and you're fun to watch!
With the Rona and all, I’m wondering how many farm stays are open now, This was amazing. What a treat to see! Looks like it was a fun learning experience.
Wow. Thanks for sharing! I have always wanted to travel to Japan and see all the sights but skip all that, I would do this farm stay in a heartbeat. How cool. I think I will look more into this and plan a trip with my family :)
This is such a cozy video!!! I love this so much Emma, great job filming this :3 Very wholesome, very fun! I expected this to have like a million views :o
One of the best videos i have seen so far following all of y'all here meeting the family's with you and seeing how nice they all are,,,warms the heart,,,,Great video
I would love to explore that first house, amazing, so many antiques and cool things! And as for the Harley in the vegetable cellar, well, I didn't expect that!
This looked like such a fun time and totally up my street! Definitely booking something like this when I return to Japan shortly. Thanks for the travel Inspo!
farmstay style 'holidays' used to bve a thing in the UK aswell. (though they where slightly different). (poorer) people from the towns and cities would basically take their families down to farms during the harvest and work on the farm for the length of their stay with accomodation and food provided. then at the end they'd go back home.
Wow! That looked so fun! I would say watching you make chopsticks, cups and bowls was so interesting! The shrine and statue you showed were beautiful and the art in the first house was so gorgeous 😍.. this is on my bucket list for sure! ✌🏻💕
I loved this video! Thanks for introducing me to Japanese farming and showing me how farm staying works, I would love to recreate something like this in Canada
This was awesome. You looked like you were having so much fun, and it was such an interesting peek into daily life. Those bamboo bowls/plates were so cool!
These are the kind of experiences I would love to do. I am thinking of doing a homestay in the future but would love to do something like this too - probably either with Tea or Japanese crafts (like the bamboo or making other things). Love that you get to cook with the family as well. I feel like it would really improve my Japanese speaking ability; I can read well but as soon as social anxiety hits, everything falls out of my head and I zoom back to N5 level. Inspired me to look into this further. Hope you do more Inaka videos - not enough out there!
This video was wholesome as FUdge! I loved watching the casual countryside living with bits of Japanese food and dialogue thrown in. Do you know if this kind of experience is open to foreigners coming to Japan on holiday and would you recommend it? We have been learning Japanese for a couple of years so have beginner to intermediate conversational ability - I don''t know if this would be a hinderance.
Yea you can. There is an organization that helps you find farm host families all over the world called WWOOF. Food and accommodations paid for, but you'll be working 4-6 hours daily (probably). More or less sometimes. They have host families in Japan too
That might be my fave video of yours!! It really seemed like an awesome experience and I think I'd enjoy doing something like this! Love watching your videos I have learned so much!
I most definitely want to do something like this! Thank you for sharing. I will be visiting Japan for the first time this November, and we will not quite be ready for something like this. I will have to include this on my 2nd trip to Japan! Can't wait, haha.
This looked like it was really fun! Cooking and eating dishes from scratch and just learning in general. Did you bring back any interesting recipes Emma? This makes me want to plant daikon in my yard.
This was great I loved every minute of it and my daughter and son in law are visiting Japan next year and would love this type of experience Im going to show my daughter this video thanks for posting! :))
Papa Adachi is an icon, and no one can convince me he's not.
clearly the star of the video, sorry emma! XD
You prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a trick to log back into an instagram account..?
I was dumb lost my password. I appreciate any help you can offer me!
@Davian Joseph instablaster =)
@Israel Mohammad i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process atm.
Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
@Israel Mohammad it worked and I actually got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thanks so much you really help me out!
Love these kinds of vids, so relaxing to watch lol, my favourite part is probably how there are no sports
Thank you ❤️ as you know I am forbidden from sports. I will do my best to somehow make videos without sports
The heavy metal montage was the best part lol
Thank you for appreciating it haha 🖤
@@TokidokiTraveller I really appreciate the effort that went in to timing it to the beat
Literally scrolled through the comments to see if anyone else felt this way 😂 I have some potatoes in the cupboard and I think I’m going to have to listen to some metal when I cut them up
Loved it as well and might just try Obsercule's idea
This reminds me so much of how my family in their mother land lives (I was born in the states, NYC), it's really nice and nostalgic. I think when I visit Japan I'd rather spend most of my time in a village setting than in the city.
7:49 The sunken fireplace (hearth) is absolutely AWESOME.
Is it?
The warmth and welcoming attitude of the families and countryside really comes through in the video. Thanks for sharing with us, Emma!
You mean we can't just borrow Shiori for translation?
(To be honest, she seems like such a bundle of energy, I'd never be able to keep up with her).
She's a beer machine
How cool that they use the bamboo sections like a bento box! I loved that whole process of making the bowls, cups, and chopsticks straight out of the bamboo, definitely the kind of thing I'd enjoy doing.
This video was so much fun to watch, thank you Emma and Shiori for shooting this for us!! ❤️🌸❤️🌸❤️
Honestly would love to watch another one just like this, going to a different farm. Loved it! Simple and wholesome. Would love to see more "food porn" too, and just seeing the view of the dinner table as you all eat. No need to commentate, but just wanna see the wholesome food more! Lol 😍

This is so unbelievably wholesome. There's way too much to comment on.
I would love to do this at some point in my life.
I loved this video so much
I grew up in a farming community in Canada so I really appreciate this kind of content
and with all my food allergies it's fun to live vicariously through food videos!

"have a little device to bring with you.." Shiori in the background.. made me laugh too loud :)
Literally lol. Some of the you tubers have demoed a hand held device specifically for translation but I like your take on it better.
Shiori the human translator
Such a beautiful video, I felt very calm watching this (even with a heavy metal interlude!)
That’s a lovely way of promoting the Japanese countryside.
