    Was hoping for: Travelling by bike on a train in a canoe on the water in the countryside by a town.

    Hey Emma, you add lemon juice to help lower the PH to help the pectin gel properly and ‘set’ the jam. Lemon juice also helps lower bacteria growth I think.

    I've been wanting to go to Japan for a long time now, and I was planning on going after a big project I have is finished at the end of 2023, but something happened today and I now realise I won't ever be fit enough to travel, I have a lung condition and it's getting harder for me to just do everyday things. I am very down so I've been watching your videos all again to cheer me up, but at least I have them and others like them to show me what it's like and live vicariously through haha. Thank you so much!

    Looks like fun, thanks for sharing...although as a long time kayak & canoe instructor, they're called kayaks. Canoes are open topped and you paddle them with a single bladed paddle. 🙂

    • @TokidokiTraveller
      @TokidokiTraveller  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Actually I just looked it up and you can use JR pass to get to kochi! It will take a while if you go from Tokyo because you can’t take the fastest train -nozomi. But the trip to kochi should be completely covered by JR pass 😄 to get to this specific area you can take a train to Tokawa station 😊
      The quickest way to get there would probably be flying, but if you already have JR pass that would be super convenient 💪🏻
