When I watched this video, I was in Hanoi, a big city and stucked with all of troubles in my career. Now, after 4 years, I watched this movie from another view of point. I moved to Sapa - a mountainous area like this, and enjoy the farming life with local people. I am happy, really happy.
This documentary completely took my breath away. These people and the people like them around the world, who know how to live with the earth, need to be held as honored, respected and sacred beings. They are prime examples to the rest of us, on how to live life.
me everytime i have a minimaly bad day: "Well, guess that it is time to go back and watch the same documentary movie again and again until i calm down!" This is therapeutic! Reminds me so much of my mothertown
Japan at it's best. A globally competitive nation. A highly modernized country. But, with well preserved heritage. Rich in culture and with a community close to nature is such a sight. A tradition passed on to generations. One that you we may call a modern day Eden!
Imagine people living natural like that again, the world would be a much better place. Most people in the city’s are not happy. I hope they remember the golden simple way of living with nature and community. Love this inspiring documentary, love Japan 🇯🇵 🌈
Thank you for this beautiful film. What a wonderful community of hard working families taking care of the land with love and respect. I hope the young people of Japan move into this region to keep the traditions alive. Much love from the USA.
i spent half of my life wandering as far as i could get, and Japan is indeed the most beautiful country on earth. i pray and hope that Japan would never change.
What a beautiful perspective. Honestly, this is something I feel like I will never truly understand unless this was the world I lived in. I do wish this was my life.
"We should make our younger generation interested in agriculture" This is the truest word, nowadays us youngsters would rather work behind the desk because its "easier". Its kinda sad that some of my friends who went to Uni majoring in agriculture work at firms and banks instead. With their knowledge, they can help rural area and make them thrive.
@@Amanimaisha I don't plan to have children either but I garden for my own pleasure and sense of wonder, and I mentor at the local community gardens. Sharing outside your immediate family is not pointless.
Their lifestyle, culture, habit give us a really important message not only for the people of Japan but all around the world. Thank you for filming, it such a masterpiece.
Thank you for sharing this amazingly beautiful video of your treasured countryside and culture, preserving it for future generations.best wishes from Slovakia
SKS Corporation, spot on, well said ! It was when human beings distanced themselves from the their roots, from nature that all the problems began. You are correct in your statement as the general trend in Europe is to move from urban areas to rural areas which means living life at its fullest. Thank you for comment. th-cam.com/video/3oxjjPcjibo/w-d-xo.html
A village lifestyle seems simple but very meaningful. Working together and sharing bond people, enhancing the community spirit. The film “Marre” showcase this lifestyle and also the challenges faced with migration to cities. But at the same time there are city dwellers who long for a simple lifestyle close to nature. This is a good program
Its my dream to live in this place ,people work together, unite as one hand ,keeping their land in peace ,also the way the family passing down the love of farming and stay to live in mountain side,i admire them.so much
Beautiful film. There is a growing movement now of people returning to the land becoming homesteaders. I'm sure it will be likewise in Japan. I hope this place and it's community will continue to thrive. Namaste
Wow, this was an amazing documentary of a beautiful heritage location I never heard of before! I’m a country girl trying to keep an organic heritage going and finding many of the same challenges , young people who do not want to work the land as myself and those who came before me did. Most want to go to the cities, live on their electronics and turn away from the land. I pray the youth of Japan step up to keep this beautiful heritage.
I expressed interest in agriculture before 2010 and pretty much everyone I worked said, "Don't do it, it's hard work." I do think the farmer profession needs to be more elevated as the job is not simple and they produce the very thing that keeps us healthy while stewarding the land.
This vedio gives peace ☮️ satisfaction and meaning of simple living Throughly enjoyed watching and learned a lot about making vedio too Thank You Love from Bhutan 🇧🇹
This video was so beautiful. It did the heart good to watch it. It showed the hardworking, peaceful people who live in harmony with everything. Thank you.
When I see that, I have tears in my eyes. I learned agriculture in Germany. That would be my dream to work on my own farm in Japan in such a calm and harmonious way. Then I should probably learn Japanese
Great !!! That is what life should be. Sharing and caring 😊 Praying God to be a part of this family in my next life. Happy Living !!! Love for #Japan from #Assam.
Beautiful. Thank you for this soothing film. Japan is truly the land of wisdom, peace and harmony. It's amazing to see the collective effort these guys put in to keep their land fertile and flourishing.
Stunning video, beautiful landscape created by hardworking farmers (very hardworking). The area is recognised as very special by UNESCO, but I suspect the future will look quite different nevertheless. No young people are able or willing to keep this cultured landscape going. Back to nature! Isn’t terrible.
Am so thankful for this video. The landscape, scenery, people and the energy transpired among the caring Japanese people is so beautiful. The love and respect for the land is so touching. We should keep it up with our beautiful tradition. Much love to you all. Thanks for sharing.
Eyeful is something beautiful you will never stop watching. Just admire all the horizons and see what I mean. In God's time He makes all things beautiful.
I'm a retiree from Malaysia. I would love to make Takachiho my home. Grow fruits and vegetables and lead a simple life. It's such a peaceful and beautiful place. Takachiho wait for me!
About 35 % of all available land in JAPAN is available to farm or even suitable for living . Here in the USA , WEST VIRGINIA is very similar to Japans topography, rugged, mountainess and isolated. This short documentary describes just about every small farming town in the USA. DONT lose your traditions and you will be rewarded.
Que bonito lugar Takachiho, que pacifico no tendría problemas en vivir ahí, pero tendría que acostumbrarme al mundo de la agricultura Me recordó al anime "non non biyori". i am very passionate about farming ever since and it is just sad to know that a lot less of teenagers are interested in agriculture. i’m an agriculture student, and a lot of my classmates have agriculture course as a last resort in our university. they take agriculture since a lot of course they wanted have full slots already. i recall that on the first day of enrollment, i am the only one who enrolled in my major (animal science). i hope more people could appreciate agriculture since it is the backbone of the country. i always wanted to work on a farm in japan and i hope that could happen soon :)
Unfortunately Japan is changing ..the nature and their ancient traditions are most valuable, but present generation might not preserve them as the seniors..God Bless Japan
