watching the end product made me think back in the 80's when i was a kid and watching it on the tv and today still a fan of robotech. but since im a goofball in model kit i buy allready assemble model. a little more expensive but worth it . good job on the guardian mode skull leader beautiful piece
man, this is my dream build. Macross/Robotech was my first introduction to anime and I loved the VF-1 Valkyrie and I thought the Gerwalk configuration was so cool.
I wish I had your talents...that's why I just watch and buy....lol

When this model came out, I mentioned that it was just begging for some LEDs and.....here it is. It looks better than I imagined. Bang up job! Now go sell that sucker on Ebay for $2k.

I love Macross and am more into statues than kits but I keep debating getting the Prime 1 because of price but that's how I found your video.
Master piece build, you´re a pro no doubt about that. I love this king of things and the level of detail you put on it, the lights, everything. I would love to be so skillful like you on this king of things, unfortunatly i got a mayor problem for this kind of stuff and it´s my lack of patience. I´m not the kind of person how can spend hours and hours mounting and painting a figure but i love how the final result looks. Great job.

Man your so good at this man my first and only model which is macross 1/72 scale which is so bad as i messed up with the stickers and to scared to paint to much as i moght ruin it. But here you are just making it look so easy. Plan to do more models in the future and complete the whole macross series fighter jets.
When I was in the navy I built a lot of Gundam models and what got me into it was the novels that I read. I never built any of them the way you build them. Thank you for the content that you put together. Beautiful models. I do have a suggestion on a model The Arcadia or Death Shadow from Captain Harlock.

Love your vidz bro, you put so much effort in every build. Hmm, just gonna go straight to the point, I think you need to work on your thumbnails.
I mean they're GOOD cuz you also put time in making that cool avatar but it's covering up the kit in each video (like 60% of the thumbnail is your avatar and the captions)

Who does your illustrations for the fox character.

can I ask, why do you spray white or light grey and then black in the creases and then you paint white on top? I seen most people do they just use black and wipe into the creases and rub the excess off so the creases will pop later but it's a different technique. Just curious what's the rationale for this technique.
Kai Alias becuase you get a very subtle shadowing beneath the panel lining. It’s called pre shading.

Yes! But there is a drawback to it. If you do not put on 3 to 4 coats of semi-gloss coat onto the surface, it will she owe some of the paint off. But that's why it's always good to have a sample of the paint ready to go with your airbrush.
Now take apart a vaporizer and add some "smoke!"
