Great information. I'm trying to file a warranty on a Beautyrest Recharge. It's a fantastic mattress, incredibly comfortable buy sudden it took a dip in the middle. I bought it in 2015. You video made it easy to understand. Thank You.
Did you purchase the mattress from our store? If so, you can call us to start a claim. Otherwise you’ll need to contact the retailer your purchased it from, or the nearest authorized Simmons dealer.
This is total BS. With the string test, all that is getting measured is the foam topper of the mattress, thats it. A true test would have some type of weight going across the mattress and THEN measuring how far it dips. That would be the right way of doing it BUT they will never do that because they would lose millions in replacing mattress's . Bunch of crooks !!

Right?! I can put my knee all the way through a chasm in the coils but the pillow top fluffs back up and shows no damage.

A water bed.

A mattress made of synthetic materials will sag.
