KittyCat 8406 thank you for pointing that out. In deed the mattress is upside down I just double checked the mattress. The stains came out so well that I couldn’t tell which side was up. If you freeze at 2:36 you will see the tag on the right side. Hope that helps.

This absolutely works! Thanks so much for this solution. I did whisk the baking soda with the hydrogen peroxide within the measuring cup first (along with the Dawn) and it did not clog. I did use my fingers also to rub into spots. Works beautifully! Will subscribe.

I've had nosebleed over night. I just mixed this solution in a bowl. Poured a little on stain and let it sit for minute or so and then used sponge to get the stain out. It worked!
Maybe try stirring the baking soda into the hydrogen peroxide and then pour the solution into the bottle. This should help the baking soda dissolve and keep the straw from getting clogged.
OMG!!!!! This is the truth. I just did this today and thought I would probably need to do 2 treatments because the stains were old. Maaaannn, I took a nap and remembered I did this. Went to the room turned on the lights no stains. I wished I took before and after pics. TH-cam University rarely disappoints.

I've spent about 20 years in the furniture business. Only at the end of this video, is she using a solution on a mattress. (You can tell it's a mattress by the buttons to hold the shape together.) At the beginning of the video, she is using the solution on a mattress cover or mattress protector. (You can tell it's a mattress cover or mattress protector by the looseness of the fabric. Also by how thin that covering is. Mattresses use a much thicker ticking to cover the mattress components.). Instead of trying to clean a mattress cover or mattress protector while it is still covering the mattress, just take it off and wash it in the washing machine using bleach. Much easier than rubbing the solution on each of these "urine" stains with your hand!
I'm amazed this works as well as it does. Especially, when I was rubbing it in, I feared I was just going to cause more damage and discoloration. But if worked like a charm!

My dog this morning threw up on my brand new mattress. Looked up some videos on how to remove stain on a mattress came across this video so I had to try it. I'm very impressed cuz it worked. I wish I would of known of this cleaning method long ago because my husband and I had to throw out an old mattress that only had stains. I would like to recommend a waterproof mattress cover, there are some really good ones out there! I bought one for my kid's bed and I've slept on it, it's very good quality it doesn't get hot and is not "plasticky" or noisy at all, I got it for a very low price from big lots.
Btw, my son's had his bed for almost 2 years and his mattress is impeccable, he is only seven he has spilled chocolate milk, juice, water, spaghetti sauce....

I just tried this and it works AMAZING!!!!! Thought there was no way I’d get this massive blood stain from my mattress (that time of month) Thank you so much for posting this!! You are doing God’s work!! Lol! Also I didn’t have a spray bottle so I just mixed it together in a bowl and stirred it around until mixed and then put it on my mattress with a cloth.. rubbed it in… waited 30 minutes then wipe it clean with cloth. Took some effort but it it ALLLLL GONE! Also I did it twice. So first time I waited 30 minutes, wiped it, then did another 30 minutes and wiped again. Poof! Gone! Love it so much
Just a tip: I find that the baking soda dissolves better if you shake the bottle with just the peroxide and baking soda, then add the Dawn after you shake it for obvious reasons lol dont want a lot of bubbles of course. Great video you have a new subbie here 💕
Not an ad, this actually worked. I didn’t mix the baking Soda in the bottle, i just poured it on the mattress after spraying the peroxide and soap mixture. Thanks for the tips!

Not that I don't appreciate this (my insignificant other makes a habit of falling asleep with coffee in hand), but there is such a thing as waterproof mattress protectors! It saves a lot of trouble - it stops the coffee, sweat, etc from getting on the mattress in the first place! I wash it when I change the sheets. I have protective covers for our pillows, too - and I wash the pillows every season.
Today when a mover came to my house, when we took the sheets off the bed there was a very big "Sweat Mark: (Wink Wink). I was really embarrassed. I thought it could never get rid of it. Then out of curiosity I went on youtube and typed "How do you get pee stains out of a mattress and your video came up. All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU
It worked! I'll be damned it worked! I have a cat that peed or something else that I don't even want to think about. YES IT REALLY WORKS. I actually used this for a pretty large dip spit tobacco stain (I know its gross dont judge me) on a king size mattress and it completely took the stain out after 90 minutes. I sprayed the area a second time 45 minutes after. I do recommend using only two tablespoons like she says at the end. Save the $5 and just use the windex bottle you have at home, plenty "super duty" enough...
It's worked perfectly! I had a yellow, filled with brown stains and dirty mattress! it was horrible! And now white, like just recently I bought it at the supermarket!and the bad smell is gone! thank you!
The best thing that works for me is a little bit of hot water and sum bleach. Don't drink the bleach😂 Take a scrubber and scrub it like you trying to clean your browser history. Works every time.
I just used this on a brand new white sweatshirt and shirt and it 100% works!!! I figured out that you can use like any dish soap just some work better than others and it's better but you don't need 3%, you can just get normal

Ok so for starters this works! BUT be sure to remember the recipe and don't mess it up like me. Storytime!! I found this video over a year ago and followed the instructions perfectly with great success. Then after more spilled wine I had to spot treat a couple more times but I didn't come back to the video and my memory failed me. I think I used vinegar and water in the mixture. I got it clean enough and then put on a mattress encasement and then a mattress pad. Fast forward to now and I took the encasement off and my mattress was all yellow and gross!!! I found the video again today and now I realize that using the vinegar and water made my mattress way too wet. Anyway just pay attention and do exactly as told so your mattress stays nice and white.
Definitely worked, I added a equal part of bleach, did not use a spray bottle used the regular scrubby pad the kind for dishes… Came out in one minute 👏

Y’all realize instead of mixing the baking soda in you can sprinkle it on first then spray the peroxide and soap on. Scrub it in then let it dry. Give it a good vacuum and your done
NOTE TO SELF 1. THREE tablespoons of *baking soda* 2. EIGHT ounces of *hydrogen peroxide* 3. ONE drop of *soap* 4. Twirl the bottle around 5. Clean off stain 5. set timer for 30 MINUTES

I know she means well, but don't do this lol...Just get really hot boiling water in a pot and place your solution inside of something else and put that container into your boiling water for a bit. The microwave trick could cause an explosion.

You're SUPPOSED to turn the mattress - even flip it, periodically (depending on the type of mattress) to prevent sunken spots!
2 table spoons of baking sofa

Try using a sieve/sifter to spread the baking soda around on the area to be cleaned then spray on the Dawn & peroxide mix. No clogging. 😀

Having worked in textiles, longterm the bleach will eat the fabric. This will be an unwanted problem.

Thanks for your video!! At 1st I was sure it wouldn't work, but it sure does! I fell asleep with a fudge cycle and it left a terrible messy stain. But it came out most of the way. I think I need a second treatment, but I am stoked!!

I just tried this and it works AMAZING!!!!! Thought there was no way I’d get this massive blood stain from my mattress (that time of month) Thank you so much for posting this!! You are doing God’s work!! Lol! Also I didn’t have a spray bottle so I just mixed it together in a bowl and stirred it around until mixed and then put it on my mattress with a cloth.. rubbed it in… waited 30 minutes then wipe it clean with cloth. Took some effort but it it ALLLLL GONE! Also I did it twice. So first time I waited 30 minutes, wiped it, then did another 30 minutes and wiped again. Poof! Gone! Love it so much
Just a tip: I find that the baking soda dissolves better if you shake the bottle with just the peroxide and baking soda, then add the Dawn after you shake it for obvious reasons lol dont want a lot of bubbles of course. Great video you have a new subbie here 💕

Not that I don't appreciate this (my insignificant other makes a habit of falling asleep with coffee in hand), but there is such a thing as waterproof mattress protectors! It saves a lot of trouble - it stops the coffee, sweat, etc from getting on the mattress in the first place! I wash it when I change the sheets. I have protective covers for our pillows, too - and I wash the pillows every season.

It worked! I'll be damned it worked! I have a cat that peed or something else that I don't even want to think about. It went all the way through the blanket, comforter, the sheets and mattress cover where it was a big round stain.

With no parents around to hear us it was a all night wrestling match on my bed. The next morning it looked like some one got murdered on my mattress. Thats not the end of it, it gets worse. My girlfriend had to leave to camp the next day so I invited one of her friends to come watch a movie with me the same night she left for camp. Well my bed was dirty so I used the bed in our guest room. SAMETHING happened with this girl on this bed. Murder #2 was just as bad but worse because it wasn't my bad. So I decide I'm going to chill and no girls over until I clean these mattresses.
That all happened the last 3 days and now I watched your video and I didn't think it was going to work BUT it did!!! I had to clean the 2 times but they both look brand new. Thank you so much! Tonight I'm going to have my friend sister come over she's a lot older than me she's 23yrs and I want to impress her and use my dad and stepmom bed, it's huge and has mirrors everywhere. YES IT REALLY WORKS. I actually used this for a pretty large dip spit tobacco stain (I know its gross dont judge me) on a king size mattress and it completely took the stain out after 90 minutes. I sprayed the area a second time 45 minutes after. I do recommend using only two tablespoons like she says at the end. Save the $5 and just use the windex bottle you have at home, plenty "super duty" enough...

Totally works!!! You do need a heavy duty spraying bottle, I used a regular one and the baking soda got stock so I had to use a sponge instead.
The best thing that works for me is a little bit of hot water and sum bleach. Don't drink the bleach😂 Take a scrubber and scrub it like you trying to clean your browser history. Works every time.

I just used this on a brand new white sweatshirt and shirt and it 100% works!!! I figured out that you can use like any dish soap just some work better than others and it's better but you don't need 3%, you can just get normal

Ok so for starters this works! BUT be sure to remember the recipe and don't mess it up like me. Storytime!! I found this video over a year ago and followed the instructions perfectly with great success. Then after more spilled wine I had to spot treat a couple more times but I didn't come back to the video and my memory failed me. I think I used vinegar and water in the mixture. I got it clean enough and then put on a mattress encasement and then a mattress pad. Fast forward to now and I took the encasement off and my mattress was all yellow and gross!!! I found the video again today and now I realize that using the vinegar and water made my mattress way too wet. Anyway just pay attention and do exactly as told so your mattress stays nice and white.

Y’all realize instead of mixing the baking soda in you can sprinkle it on first then spray the peroxide and soap on. Scrub it in then let it dry. Give it a good vacuum and your done

4. Twirl the bottle around
5. Clean off stain
5. set timer for 30 MINUTES
I tried it and this works really good. Probably works better than what you buy at the store.
Could I use this mixture on the entire mattress (it's ancient) wait about 30 minutes and then go over the whole mattress again with the rug Doctor upholstery attachment (with it's cleaning products)?

If you heat the peroxide and baking soda it dissolves and doesn’t clog your spray bottle straw. Put in microwave 1-2 minutes.
I know she means well, but don't do this lol...Just get really hot boiling water in a pot and place your solution inside of something else and put that container into your boiling water for a bit. The microwave trick could cause an explosion.
