Hi Len, nice video, I agree the mini PC’s are great for home assistant I have a G5 version of the HP elitedesk that you show but run more than just Home Assistant on it. I run the free Proxmox Hypervisor and have 2 Home assistant VM’s along with another VM that runs Windows 10. I don’t really need the camera of my X1C through Home assistant but mine is working at least for now. I have a few automations that help me with printing like pausing ABS prints to wait for the chamber temp to reach at least 40c. and then resume.
Another option for Home Assistant is a Hyper-v VM running within Windows, I did that for a while but could not do passthrough of USB dongle for Zigbee so I switched to Proxmox.

love your video. I have not tried home assistant. Do you know if it can create a print que. Similar to a paper printer. What I really want is a way to reorganize to need the plate emptied. But organizing long print times and short print times.

I read somewhere something about the camera needing the IP address to be added. For me with my P1S it worked first time.
