blow my mind every time that I can watch all the work involved in a car/team/race. Thank you for showing us all the beauty and the hell of this amazing sport
Very unfortunate last year's result..😭 But anyway, amazing video!!! Really glad to watch documentary like this Quality!!!! Good luck this month N24H! Hopfully get a better result 🙏🙏
After watching the Road the Le Mans, this scratched that itch ! Love seeing Matt Campbelly and Richard Leitz! Get Richard in for a steer, for a free win !
Man, those teary eyes really had me. All the effort gone, it must hurt so bad. Wish ya'll best of luck this year, and if I can give a tip: post a few cockpit view vids, shorts and stuff. People (sim racers even more) love those, and it can help the channel to grow.
As they say The Ring is the Ring. God dam what a place. Loved this. Good luck next year. Hopefully I can be there to see it. Definitely be there in September
Nice one! A hint about Nordschleife: There are no silent vowels at the end of a word in German, so the E at the end is pronounced, like an "-uh". Just like in Porsche, "Porsh-uh"
Thank you so much guys for sharing your journey at the 24 hrs Nürburgring Nordschleife. My God, such hard work! I wish you all the best during this year's 24 hrs competition.
Really a shame how the race and even all the preparation were for the #24 Lionspeed/Car Collection Porsche team in this year Nürburgring 24h race facing difficulties with a new 992 GT3 R 😔 Hope to see Patrick Kolb, Patrick Pilet, Mathieu and Matt again together next year to try again the Green Hell enduro race, they definitely have huge potential as a driver line-up that with a great car can bring great results 🙌 Great video team! 🦁❤️🤍
Jam Jam won't be there due to a clashing imsa race in Detroit i think, we'll have to wait to see closer to the time which factory drivers they can get for the race because Porsche can easily place Campbell and Pilet with someone else especially in regards to getting IGTC points
@@lionspeedgp Great Job on the video! Here’s my feedback. I really enjoyed the documentary especially the narration and cinematography. I liked how it felt like “The Road to Le Mans” on the Porsche TH-cam channel. I always enjoy documentaries like this that capture the team dynamics and some of the engineering that goes into making the car quick (I’m hoping to be a Race Engineer in the future) Some things I think could be improved for future videos. Maybe make it a little bit longer so that some things (like the initial tests) really portray the feelings everyone has during it or to add extra details. Maybe include a graphic of race position and include some sort of method to show how long the track is. The only thing I didn’t like was the random pop song in the middle during a short montage in the qualifying part of the video (felt out of place). All in all it was a great documentary that I will come back too on occasion and I think y’all should make more as a way to promote the team’s brand. As evidence of the reach this video has, I am from Indiana (near the Speedway) and watch mostly IndyCar racing with some IMSA and WEC thrown in there
amazing video but the amount of missed opportunities for crazy racecar audio and flybys to have to listen to dramatic music instead was a bit of a shame honestly
There were some awesome onboards and close ups of the new car but yeah that ending was really sudden. Perhaps they're trying to accurately convey the low points of Motorsports to the audience? I know I felt punched in the gut 😅
@@eggreedgious5194 You're right! We wanted to emphasize the feeling a team member or driver has when ending a 24h race so early - that's why the race itself seems so short compared to the rest of the preparation. It's tough - but that's racing and the reason why Endurance Racing is so special.
You write this as it is a surprise! The race was 6 months ago, the result is not a secret 😅 how can you waste your time if you witness pure emotions and an incredible journey all through an amazingly executed documentary? I loved the honesty of the videos, absolutely worth every minute of it!
your racing colors are Singapore's national flag colors and the lion is a symbol for many Singaporean institutions - i nearly thought you were a Singaporean team 😂
After all that, you packed up and went home after less than 1/10th the race distance? You could have carried on at reduced pace and given the drivers a whole world of on-track experience, everything from track familiarity to defending in traffic. Poor effort.
I get the comment but if you agree with it or not that’s what professional Motorsport is. All but one of the drivers are factory drivers. They don’t need the track time if there is no chance of winning. It’s different for smaller Teams where it’s about actually making it 24h. You can’t compare that with the pro class 🙏
Baja 1,000 is the toughest race in the world. You dont have to change your own tires or fix your own vehicle at Nurburgring in the middle of the night. 🙄
Can't wait for ford to spank porsche like they did ferrari.....don't get me wrong, porsche is a great car but the company has gotten way too pretentious. Plain and simple!
You think the Mustang will spank them? I’m not so sure, but will be interesting to find out. Shame no one is entering one in the N24(to my knowledge), would be good to get an American manufacturer in the mix again!
I have watched hundreds of hours of TH-cam onboards at the Nordschleife and I still can't get enough. Those drivers are talented beyond belief.
Very pretty shots of the track and car. Big respect to Lionspeed for putting up this video with this race result. I enjoyed watching it.
high level production, deserve more views.
agree
These cinematic shots from the track at 10:04 are insane. They look like its video game on highest details
17:45 looks awesome too
so beautiful@@sevens957

Great Recap and just an awesome look inside this amazing race overall
This was fucking beautiful. Thank you. Can’t wait to see you guys this year 🤘🏻

You will definitely see more of us on TH-cam this season! :)
@@lionspeedgp You better own that Green hell!
Great vid. Aussie Matt Campbell is a gun 🇦🇺
Amazing recap! Already cant wait for 2024 Rolex 24hrs at Daytona!
What a video! Those shots from the track are amazing! It’s a shame what happened, but this year will be different!
excellent quality, loved every second of it. hope to see more content from lionspeed in the future
As they say The Ring is the Ring. God dam what a place. Loved this. Good luck next year. Hopefully I can be there to see it. Definitely be there in September
Really enjoyed watching this video, for the car, the track and of course the amazing teamwork! Good luck in 2024!
Awesome trackside footage which provides some perspective on how steep The Nordscheilfe really is.

Absolutely epic👏great recap🔥
Perfect shots!!
Did y’all get John Hindhaugh to narrate?? That’s sick! I just started the documentary but excited to see the rest
yep we did! Excited for your feedback!

that is just a race. keep up the good work!
*Awesome documentary*
Fantastic Video !!!
Goed gereden Matteo ondanks het vele zand en de slechte startpositie , proficiat !
who is the photographer that took the thumbnail photo? it is amazing
And what was the "further damage" ? More details would be nice.
Great watch!
Wooooooohhooo! @5:19
Damn the driver has big eyes and ears, no surprise he is so good
5 months to n24!
You should do a video on all of Darren’s cars 🎉
amazing video but the amount of missed opportunities for crazy racecar audio and flybys to have to listen to dramatic music instead was a bit of a shame honestly
❤
I wasted 30 mins to watch that result? It doesn't even tell you what exactly put the car out the race. Are you not allowed to replace rearend parts ?

If u really love this sport and this track u didn’t wasted 30min. This video is awesome!
Почему они виляют на каждой гонке? Это нужно или просто прикол местный?
Please give me 1 lap in this weapon. 🙏

I hope Porsche does better in 2024.....2023 was not a great year. 911's are not as competitive in the Gt classes
Manthey seems to have reduced its commitment with only one car entered in SP9.
RSR sounds so much better

Reduced pace? What for? Driving lessons for the pros? You have no clue who those drivers are....
I fucking hate these videos where it’s about the car but there’s only 2 mins of car driving
