- Friendly reminder, most of the time, racing is a gut punch.
In "OBSESSION Part 2 - Daytona," the narrative picks up with the team freshly equipped with their newly built EVO2-outfitted Lamborghini GT3, a culmination of the tireless efforts and technical prowess showcased in Part 1. This episode throws the team into the deep end, starting the season with the formidable 24 Hours of Daytona - a race that epitomizes endurance, strategy, and the unyielding will to succeed.
The episode underscores the enormity of the challenge at hand. The 24 Hours of Daytona is not just a race; it's a battle against time, elements, and the limits of both man and machine. The mantra for success is clear: precision, discipline, and the utmost care in keeping the car intact are paramount. It's a test of endurance where the slightest misstep can have monumental consequences.
We are then introduced to the dynamic quartet of drivers: Jaden Conwright, Alessio Delledda, Don Yount, and Kerong Li. Each driver brings their unique skill set and experience to the team, forming a formidable force behind the wheel of the #42 Lamborghini. The episode delves into their backgrounds, motivations, and the camaraderie that binds them as they prepare to navigate one of the most challenging races in the world.
As the episode progresses, viewers are treated to an intimate look at the preparations leading up to the race, the strategies being formulated, and the palpable tension as the team gears up for this Herculean task. "OBSESSION Part 2 - Daytona" is more than just a portrayal of a race; it's a deep dive into the heart of motorsport, showcasing the grit, determination, and sheer passion required to compete at this legendary event.

The side of motorsport people dont always see and its very much apart of racing! Keep at it guys!
Agreed. The behind the scenes portion of racing, doesn't really get the spotlight, like it should
This was one good mini documentary. It was definitely intense. It's a shame Kerong put it in the wall. There's so much that goes into entering a car in a race like the Daytona 24 hr. Much respect to the team for all their super hard work.
Thnx for showing us the other side of Motorsports
Wow! First off Amazing cinematography...
That said, Keeping Li in the car with zero experience over Yount ontop of he was the one that wrecked the car is mind boggling.... I can only surmise there is some huge $$ behind that reason.
Racing isn’t always as simple as it seems 🫠
That's me at 26:29 !!!!! Woohoo, my 3 seconds of fame! Great documentary guys, seriously this is awesome. great camera work and edting!
Thanks man! See you out there this year!
Between this and the GT4 series this has been my absolute favorite raw docuseries of the reality of sportscar racing. I really really hope the project will continue with either existing teams or new into this year. See you at Daytona?
We’re here at Daytona, today’s Day 1 of filming new project with a new team, Korthoff Mercedes. Stop by and say hi!
I appreciate NTE’s fight. This series was incredibly well done.
Nice work… harder to fight into loss, than to run smoothly on the point. Grow from it. Excited to follow and watch for growth. Andiamo from Indy!
45 minutes after posted, only freaking 135 views. Biggest crime on the interwebs. Start recommending this to all your friends ASAP!
We’re building momentum! Thanks for the support ❤
Oh, for sure! Your editing on this one, with the music? Perfect. Set the mood straight away. Had my heart pounding. PAR EXCELLENCE
Enjoyed...kudos to the whole NTE team. Another great Corsa Werks production!
Another awesome season! Thanks for the awesome stories guys!
Awesome
I love this kind of videos, very cinematic and so enjoyable!
Beautiful work and production!
Awesome to watched but so bummed for the team. Racing can be so cruel.
KEEP THESE UP!! Awesome content
Great episode, still watching going forward. It is a lot of work, seems you guys know how to maintain regardless. Cheers.
Está serie salió exelente
Great team spirit ! Fight on 👍
Awesome content as always but the driver lineup was pretty baffling to me. Next to no racing experience vs 10 years experience at Daytona and they go with zero? Something doesn’t add up 🤔
Beautiful video
A work of art as always.
Just being there should be half the joy, much of the world is just sitting in front of their phones - wasting time doing Nuthin. Enjoyed the video. Thanks
such a sick video. keep it up!
Appreciate it!
such a beautiful video, congrats guys! ☺
Simply epic
Grazi 🙏🏽
We see you JJ
JJ is the man!
Muy buenos mecánicos auto motriz me gusta la mecánica
Great vid, wish there were more of these
More coming!
Intense
Kiron Lee needs his racing license to be revoked! The engineers all deserve a big bonus! I appreciate the footage because watching any sportscars race on the livestream is not the same!
ADNS
This was amazing as usual! But I would recommend maybe lessening the dynamic range as going from dialogue to ambient car sounds was quite jarring
Actually noticed this after upload as well 🤦🏽♂️. It was on the list to smooth over and got lost in the shuffle. Thanks for the feedback!
How difficult is it to get into racing with no karting experience at the age of 19.
Sim Racing. Thank me later ✌️
if you have the money it's not difficult at all....
19 is still relatively young if you want to get into karting as there are senior age categories in most regional championships. If you want to jump straight into cars then it's a little tricky because it's then all dependent on budget. There are club level races that can be relatively inexpensive as you'd be racing track prepped beater cars. But if you want to do GT/sportscar racing you'll need a lot of money to get into one-make series like Carrera Cup/Super Trofeo/ Ferrari Challenge to prove yourself.
show up with a fuck ton of cash, and you can start whenever you want. no one says no to that.
Son muy minuciosos
Genial
kerong killed NTE lol
Bro it’s an AM everyone goes thru this process
@@wilsonsou3540he never drove karts. Children drive better than this guy. Useless
@@LucaTgaard The sport needs gentlemen drivers with bucket load of cash, there’s a starting point for everyone, dude just got lucky that he starts racing in a gt3. What’s your entry to Daytona?
@@wilsonsou3540 Yes, gentlemen drivers who actually can drive a car and understand the fundamentals of cars. This guys doesnt know either.
I dont have more money they sense, so i dont have a GT3 entry for daytona xD What a retarded question
From light sim racing (nothing at all like real racing I know) you take a turn 10 times, all you need is one where you cut it in a foot to one side or the other and next thing you know you’re just hanging on for the ride. It’s tough to be aggressive and confident right after that, dealing with the guilt of messing up the effort of the team. Just an awful pill to swallow. Hope to see them race again in 2025 season
Sports car racing especially the rolex 24 is just hard for me to take seriously when wealthy limited talent drivers are on the same track as "pros". Its like buying your way into playing in the superbowl.
It’s simply necessary for the sport to survive. While they’re on track at the same time, the cream still rises to the top and the talent shows itself.
So you hired Deledda thinking he was shit and it turned out he wasn't that bad? I mean, lucky you but it doesn't sound like a smart thing to do in the first place.
Jaden was the only driver on the team who’s “hired” the rest of the drivers were customers. Some teams don’t have a ton of choice in who their drivers are if they rely on customers to make it to the track.
@corsawerks If I had a racecar I'd rather not race at all than give it into the hands of someone I don't trust. You're making it sound like NTE didn't have a choice but to do Daytona. I admire the spirit, but this shows that little preparation only breeds bad "luck" and results, especially when your slowest driver is also the least reliable one.
The video is great but what is the morale of the story? NTE had money to spare, decided to enter a race that was bigger than them and suffered the inevitable consequences. So much so after Watkins Glen they pulled out. It's hard to feel sympathetic to their situation when it's literally all their own doing.
@@danielebrambilla2290 For obvious reasons, we’re not going to dig into the situation more than has been presented on film. We don’t make any team decision, we just tell the story of what happened in the best way that we can. Total respect for your perspective. Your logic is sound. I think you can read between the lines here. Cheers 😬.
@@corsawerks I can and I wish it didn't work like that.
We'll choosing expensive Lamborghini will cost you everything
