2 high-protein (no egg) breakfast options

- 73% of Indians are protein deficient and in order to reduce this deficiency, I’ve partnered with a chef to come up with 2 high-protein breakfast options.
Both these options are vegetarian (without eggs) so that most people can use this!
Let us replace our high-sugar breakfasts (cornflakes, chocos, Nutella, jam, bournvita etc.) and make it a high-protein breakfast instead!
Please share with anyone who will find this useful!
Thank you Foodphamer for inspiring me to lose weight from 114kg to 86kg in a span of 4 months by eating mostly protein meals.
Mai itna khata hu par mera 37 kg se zyada weight badh hi nhi rha 😓
That sounds bogus, 28kgs in 4 months? You are either lying or have done serious damage to you body with a crash diet
@@Abhi-now When your body has too much fat, you can lose it easily by being on a low carb, high fat, high protein, no sugar diet. 7 kgs a month is not a big deal. "Experts" claim losing 2-3 kgs per month is healthy lol, the same experts also said covid vaccines are safe and masks help in curbing covid 19.
@@Abhi-nowDont speak without facts and knowledge its easily possible with no damage dumb😒
@@Abhi-now My body is still intact as of now. What are you on?
Aapke videos dekhne ke baad maine bread, sauce, nutella, bournvita aur aur bhi bauhat saare products khaane band kar diye hain. I really like your cause. Thanks for motivating people to eat healthy food.😊
I left instant noodles, ketchup biscuits high sugar high salt stuff been 3.5 months ,never felt so good🎉🎉
@@ashutosh7267 eating once in a while doesnt hurt, all you need to do is exercise regularly
Badhiya😊
Mai toh gareeb hu bhai Patanjali ka hi daliya mai din gujaar raha tha aaj pata chala healthy hai😅
Me too
I’ve cut down my expenses for my kids on chips , biscuits and chocolates from 100% to 10 % . Instead now it’s , chana, dry fruits , eggs, milk , fruits and raw vegetables that are more economical and healthy . You have really made us think twice before purchasing a product . Thank you @Foodpharmer.
fruits and vegetables sold in India is laced with chemicals, that ain't good either
Breakfast me Non Stick PFOA Tawa use kiya hai, isiliye kam oil.
Ye sab se jyada ghatak hai.
It is not only important to cut down on junk food, but also renew better cooking practices.
Avoid Aluminium and Non Stick
Yes but so what should we use then most of them are made up of aluminium and non stick coating 😢 @akshayhazari6570
Recepies like Jhal murhi or sukhi bhel, chana-lime chaat, salaad chaat, fruit chaat etc are good evening snacks in place of junk food. There are many sand-roasted items in india which are very tasty and healthy.
Bro also cut down milk plz all are adulterated. It's very toxic
Yes, In the truest sense, you are a genuine TH-cam content creator. You're transforming India's attitude from being indifferent to being serious about people's health. By revealing the truth about these major giants, you've completely changed how I view these companies. Thank you from the bottom of every child's and person's heart.
I just want to say that, what foodpharmer is doing is very commendable, these topics are hardly discussed in indian societies and bringing awareness to such important topics with fresh humour attached to them is wonderful!
Real youtuber who is doing something really good rather than just earning money from youtube or spreading propaganda videos...much respect sir ❤
People like you should admire and praise for your work..your are doing a great job men
Please prepare a video on processed milk being sold as "Fresh Milk," as well as misinformation regarding minerals, vitamins, and protein in processed milk.
Pasturizing is a "process" that is very important for milk to be safe to drink. just because something is processed doesn't mean it is junk food and cant be fresh
I think he is talking about fat removal from milk by companies.
@@ravi.k.tthose low fat milk/skimmed is sold at cheap rate than the regular milk.
Reputed companies like Amul, Sanchi doesn't skim fat without printing on packet/pouch first, I skim fat(malai) daily from Amul Milk, the malai obtained from Amul is just a tad bit lesser than the milk from my buffaloes in village but that can ne attributed to the reason thag my buffaloes are young and large distributors like Amul get milk from all kind of buffaloes(old, young, sick etc).
He's misinformed, if amul tried to skim fat a small amount of fat from the milk but that would require a lot of heat, just try to boil milk at your home you will realise it needs a lot of heat conpared to pasteurization(63°C) compared to boiling(100.5° C) on the already low earning margin of 1 to 0.8 rupees per litre.
Doesn't make sense for a company to cheat for a measely profit.
That's why education is important.🤡
Without Flash heating and rapid cooling we'll be back to average lifespan of 30-50 years like 80 years back in India thanks to all sorts of pathogens in raw milk.
Don't even dare to bring up uneducated anecdotal quotes and stuff" like My chacha , fufa, Nana drinking raw milk from stable & still healthy"
It just takes more energy to refute this kinda BS than its worth . 😎🤣🤗👍
@@pucci_seq636 but in India refined things are way worse than processed
It really helps when you show a better alternative..Thank you!!
you can also use brand products 5% of the times but by reading ingredients
example: original parachute coconut oil is 100% coconut oil 🤓🤓
Please make some video on high protein ready to eat healthy snacks 😅
I can only think of chikki as ready to eat, also peanut butter but both contain sugar. Water soaked moong, mataki, chana with some spices is good and tasty option
@@dragonballhomie4353green moong are good to eat on daily basis ..? It is a good source of protein but any badeffect ?
@@AhmedabadSummerOlympics never had any bad effect for me and anyone I know. It is good protein source along with kala (blackish) chana as well. Contain more than 20g protein per 100g.
roast peanuts
This channel is not for "high protein videos" you can subscribe other food channel.

Hey Foodpharmer , thank you for all the nutritional knowledge u give in every video. You are such a good inspiration alongisde Fit tuber, and Dr. Pal, u guys should do a podcast together.

You are absolutely the best! Thanks so much for the work you do. It is so very important.
Not per kg but per pound of bodyweight, e.g. 75kg×2.2=165lbs, 165gm of protein per day
Hello! could u plz elaborate a bit more if u don't mind! Thanx
@@gonuclear4347 the optimal protein intake is heavily debated but it's generally agreed that it's safe to be on this high side of protein consumption, i.e., if you weigh 70kg, convert your weight into pounds by multiplying 2.2, then you'll get 154lbs, so you need to consume 154gms of protein everyday, and there's more nuance to it, like calculate it on the basis of lean muscle mass but no need to get into those things.
@@satyabratmalik4326 so basically jitna aapka weight hai(in lbs as u mentioned - I'm 67kg for e.g) utna grams of protein aap le sakte(or leni) hai right?!
@@gonuclear4347 yes
@@gonuclear4347 haa lbs ke equally protein/grams lena chahiye 🤓🤓
Excellent, thanks for sharing this!
An interesting fact is, the RDA recommendation of 0.8g per kilo body weight was the minimum requirement to not lose muscle in a sedentery lifestyle, we might need much more.
That's the recommendation for average people, but if you are athlete or go to gym, you need more protein for sure.
@@vanhansel100 yes, but the study was done in old and fat people, 60-99 years of age, so the average person needs more too. Everyone should aim for more than 0.8g/kg bodyweight

Our GK Teacher asked us to watch ur videos and she loves your videos a lot keep it up sir
Thanks for telling what to eat ❤ instead forbading this and that.
Really love the content..❤❤❤
Bro secretly informed us that he is not single
Do video on correct logo's of the brand because many small scale or unauthorized companies are giving similar packaging and using similar name of popularized companies
For students staying away from home it's difficult. In that case can one consume peanut butter of brands u suggested in your old video.
Peanut butter isn't a high protein rich food but a high calorie food
1 spoon = 3-4 gm protein
bhai salad bna ke rakh le peanuts , rajma , chole bhigo kar rakh le 12 hrs ke liye fir ubal le usme sprouts moong mila le thoda pyaz, tomato chaat masala , imli ki chutney , thoda yogurt , nimbu mila ke chaat jaisa bna le , saare essential amino acid cover ho jayenge aur fiber bhi theek hai
Your work is very good 👍...... Apke video se kuch log hi shi but badlenge jarur😊
Perks of being a non vegeterian. I eat a simple chicken salad or egg salad or spiced oats with boiled eggs or similar mix and matches. This gives a good balance of carbs, fibres and protein. Also, prefer grains of low GI.
Thank you for spreading awareness!! After watching your vids, I've stopped all the unhealthy products you mention, never felt better!!👍🏻
I literally saluted after watching the video
Please make video series on protein recipes for vegetarians 🙏
Thansk for this Info ❤
Very nice and informative. I guess the chef you've featured is Sneha Singhi Upadhaya. Please do link her details as credit✌🏼✌🏼. Keep up the good work
भारतीय नागरिकों को जागरूक करने के लिए बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।
Thank you brother .Its because of your video i started checking content of all the so called Healthy Packed food...I realise how we have been fooled for decades
Thanks for the awesome content sir!!!! My only request would be to limit the usage of Teflon coated pans in your videos and use iron ones instead. Iron vessels may require more oil but are any day better than the carcinogenic forever chemicals that come from using non-stick wares
2 egg omlette, milk with a 1 scoop protein x and one 1 teaspoon peanut butter
Enough energy to keep you full for 3 to 4 hours and most important easy to make and sustainable
Yeh zyda protein ho jayegah.
And definitely not industrial penut butter

Dear foodpharmer, these days food manufacturer have started playing smart, they are mentioning edible veg oil (but no clear details of which type) .
It has come to my notice that palmolein oil is being used by a particular manufacturer, but the product is being mentioned as edible vegetable oil in the ingredients list.
High sugar ke badle high protein.
That's good initiative.
He is a real influencer.
@Foodpharmer- Very educational videos thanks... Can you pls do one on Frozen Foods and processed Cheese
Doing a great job
I eat boil kala chana. It has high carbs, however it also has high protein and fibre content too. So great for breakfast if you are veg. ( I am non-veg)
Pehle me package ka front dekhke kharidta tha
Apke videos ko dekhne ke baad ab pehle packet ke peeche dekhta hu tab pata chalta hai ye sab to bekar hai
Thank you brother for spreading awareness ❤
Bro make a video on Indian spices use of chemical causing cancer.
Thanks a lot bro,
I started watching you some days ago only and now i am aware of hidden unhealthy foos.
I have cut on these items significantly. It is even today's example that I stopped just before picking up a packet of oreo for breakfast with milk. I even quit muesli on your advise. In exchange, I made cheela for me.
You are my role model 🎉🎉🎉
You are spreading awareness, that’s excellent but again I have a request that please share full information. What portion size you have considered. Also you are running campaign against SUGAR and want to increase protein consumption, but does high protein and low sugar diet suits tropical weather? You should also convey, how to balance between two as per requirement.
Thank you
Can you please make video on different COSMETIC PRODUCTS like for skin, hair which are used by people in India everyday

Please even check the label content of pharma products like syrups which have a high concentration of sugar and is very sweet. A video on the review of the syrups will be highly appreciated.
