- Time and again we are reminded of how unsafe is our country for a Women, another crime against a medical student has been reported in Kolkata. This crime occurred within the confines of a medical institution, a place that also serves as the workplace for hundreds of doctors and hospital staff and where thousands come to get treatments.
This crime is not only a despicable act by a criminal but also a glaring failure of the entire system. While there have been some findings related to this incident, the question remains-who is truly to blame? What allowed such an event to transpire within the campus of a medical institution?
