the idea is that both carburator intakes have the same vacuum. In order to compare (not to measure) the vaccum of the two intakes make a U shape tube. The tube should be transparent and hlaf filled with 2 stroke oil which is red, so that you can see the level. Connect the ends of the tube to the intakes and start the engine (a M5 alen bolt closes the connectring point). The diferene of the vaccum is shown in the level of the tube. By screwing the syncronizing bolt between the carburetors the vaccum difference increases and vise versa. After each adjustment the U tube should rest enough time so that the level is equal to both sides of the tube, so that it is easier to fonf the correct setting of the adjustining screw. Good luck!
