It was interesting when Nsima uploaded his own video the other day talking about this very protocol (rope flow), he talked about decompressing the spine in a different plane of motion and it reminded me of how good I feel after doing different flows with my tai chi ball, some of them I learned from watching videos on TH-cam and other movements I've incorporated (from LandmineU) or created on my own and I definitely do feel a decompression in the shoulders the spine the hips and even sometimes in the feet

That would be good with rhythmic music, something with a beat.

I let a rope flow here and there throughout the day but admittedly they become more of a half hearted dribble after the first couple. That's gettin older for ya.

People DO NOT go the home made route, with a Home Depot rope, been there done that they aren’t heavy enough to provide enough feedback. Amazon sells rope flow ropes for $25, worth the small investment. You can buy baller rope flow ropes for $75-$150 but I think that’s ridiculous for what it is.

All my ropes are homemade from either arborist line or dock line. For the price of one overpriced “flow rope” I can get enough cordage to make 6 or 7 ropes. I have them in multiple weights from light to heavy. Plus, with knowing how to make my own ropes I am self sufficient.
