    Worth buying a 2014 in 2024/2025? Reliable ?

Just have the $ for the possible repairs. It isn't an affordable car.

@@TheJacksons1 What kind of repairs are you expecting and the costs for those repairs?

@youngh902 I do not have a 911. I did work for a Euro Repair/maintenance shop as the parts manager for a year. In that time, mostly regular maintenance was performed. I would not have a 911 without $10-$25k sitting on the side for emergency repairs.
For instance, the wife drives a 19 A7. We have $15k saved back (just for the car) in case motor/transmission issues were to arise.

@youngh902 also I'm looking to get a 13-16 C4S when I find the one that fits our budget/goals. I currently have a Miata that is 3/4 track car used for Autocross.

@@TheJacksons1 I just bought a 2013 manual C4S this past weekend, absolutely worth it if you find one that has service records and previous owner that took care of it. It has 40k miles so just had the 40k mile service. Water pump is something worth noting in these engines but outside of that it's very reliable. I don't anticipate having any issues for a couple years as it just had ~7k worth of services for the 40k mile mark. Just be gentle with the window switches. I have a truck and the button travel is much greater for automatically rolling up. I accidentally snapped the porsche window button trying to pull up too high. All the buttons in the vehicle don't need a lot of force to function.
