    This was such a huuuuge motivational moment for me! I’m down 21lbs started at 220lbs a few months ago, just weighed in today I’m at 199lbs! Now seeing you post this gorllll, so on time! Thanks Steph 🫶🏻 love your content and you look phenomenal, beaut, truly inspiring 🌹

    Thank you for this video!! I am at my heaviest weight that I’ve ever been at & I am miserable. I don’t want to be seen by anyone, hate getting dressed because none of my clothes fit anymore & feel so uncomfortable. I know what I need to do & am really planning to get serious about this asap! I feel like life is passing me by

      You got this. 80% of weigh loss is what you put in your body. Start there then add in the strength training/cardio. Start looking up your own healthy dressings of that's that you like. Anything in a bottle is ingredients your body does not need. Olive oil, vinegar, Greek yogurt etc etc. Baby steps ...

    Hormonally, HIIT is not good for women and low impact is 100x better for cortisol levels and staying in balance and losing/maintaining weight. Your spot in! HIIT can actually cause more inflammation

    I am in the same boat, girl!! I am the heaviest I’ve ever been and have family history of cardiac problems early on in age. I am going to sign up for a gym membership and MAKE time to go! I used to love working out but I stopped for about 3 years while having children. Time to get back! Thank you for the motivation 🤗

    You look good and definitely motivated me to begin a healthy lifestyle journey. I have been working out 5 days a week for the past 7 weeks. I haven’t noticed weight loss as fast as I’d like but for me it’s hormones. I think that’s important to note hormones can definitely impact weight loss, but I feel healthy which sometimes is even better. As I continue to increase my workouts and time I’m sure I will continue to see results. Thank you for the motivation and sharing your journey. ❤❤

    One thing that helps me when I feel "oh I just ate out and ruined my flow" is, you'll feel better that you did work out and ate that fast food. Instead of oh I skipped the work out AND had fast food. Some exercise is better than none. And most of the time if you are working out, you'll start to crave foods that make you feel good. (healthier options)

    For me dieting sucks! I prefer to run and do cardio but finding the time is what I struggle with. Also, my hair, lol, weird but so true, I have to plan my workouts around being able to wash my hair after which is a process, additional hour…I can’t do cardio then rinse off and go straight to work! Like some do🤦🏻‍♀️ any suggestions

      do a quick shower without washing your hair and do dry shampoo/tie a ponytail, then shower for real at night. if you really want it you would do it.

    The motivation I needed!
    I am at the heaviest I have ever been: I moved to a small town, working from home, found love again after a bad breakup so the weight has been piling up over the past few months without me even realizing how bad it was until 2-ish months ago.
    Here is no gym where I live but I have started walking and making sure I get 10000 steps in every day. I also want to start doing youtube workouts at home.
    Counting calories will be a problem for me but I am definitely trying to eat healthier.

    Our stories are so similar in terms of motivation (family health history), setbacks with the pandemic, ethnic background, body type, age, etc. However, I'm at the point in my story where I'm currently at my heaviest. Watching you talk about all that you've done and are currently doing has really inspired me. I've been taking baby steps at getting back to great health but you've pushed me to be more honest about my efforts. I've come to realize that maybe I'm not trying so hard so I can avoid being disappointed. That mentality won't get me to my goals.
    Watching you videos feels like being on Facetime with a friend. Keep doing you.

People are so different when it comes to weight loss and you just have to do what’s right for you and you found your niche. And YESS 😂 rice is a must for us Asian girls lol. Also can you tell me what peloton bike package you have. Did you tether one with the strength training equipment? Just don’t know if it’s worth the extra. I’ve been contemplating what to get.     Ain’t nothing like some weigh gain to break your motivation I know the feeling I went from 178 to 115 now I am 125 I started in February 2018 but here is the kicker I am 4”11 so even at 125 I look chubby and I am more confident and comfortable at 118/120

    Watching this in September 2024, this was really helpful! I’ve been looking for videos for inspiration and the ones I’ve watched were so generic, very disappointing. But this was detailed, with actual life examples and I relate to a lot of your old habits so hearing tips on how you corrected them is super helpful! Like adding more protein and increasing activity on Apple Watch. Thank you!!

    I've been thinking of either getting a peloton or a walking pad in my home. So many people tell me it's a waste of time because the bike/treadmill will eventually just collect dust. Discouraging me.. like, is it better to get the gym membership? I don't know. I feel like having the tools in my home would be better. Would love to hear more about your peloton.

    I gained about 30 lbs during 2020. I stopped exercising too. Ugh, we get a treadmill, went on keto, I lost 15 and now gained after stopping keto. I need to lose 30 lbs again. I did treadmill today, ate well. Let's gooooo! 🎉

    Could you please tell me how to lose weight? I'm 12 years old, my weight is around 67-68 kg. One of my major insecurities is my legs, so I'm seriously considering losing weight. I'm desperate to lose weight, but I have no idea where to start. I've tried a few apps, such as justfit, but nothing seems to be helping me. My objective is to weigh between 47 and 50kg. It's a difficult aim, but I'm determined to stick with it. My objectives are to have a slim waist, slim/thin thighs, and slim calves. I'd appreciate some advice or support, as well as an estimated time frame.

      For your age, just get active, eat your fruits and vegetables, and eat less sugar (sodas, candy). Play outside, maybe join a sport or dance, in school or outside of school. Don't be on social media or video games too much. Go for walks with friends and family. (At the mall, in your neighborhood, at the park). Don't worry about the scale, just remember to stay active. There's lots of activities for children that are fun. You don't have to be in a gym or diet.

      I live in an apartment I just make sure to keep the volume down!! The peloton also has a headphone jack so you can wear headphones!
